A Fisherman's DREAM!! This Pirate Harbor Home is on a half acre of canal front land and is your perfect getaway! Pirate Harbor is truly the hidden waterfront community that allows nearly instant access to Charlotte Harbor and only about a 20 minute boat ride to Boca Grande and the Gulf of Mexico. If you love fishing, its only about a 5-7 minute boat ride to some of the best award winning and tournament fishing spots in Florida. Pirate Harbor is a laid back community with a Key West style vibe consisting of homes on saltwater-sailboat canals with immediate access to Charlotte Harbor. Ice machine is on the property for your convenience. The home sits on one lot and the connecting adjacent lot has its own private boat ramp available for launching your boat by requests ONLY. The garage has been converted into an extra sitting room. 3 bedrooms with a split plan and pocket door to separate the two guest bedrooms from living area. Master bedroom has a large closet and king bed. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. In-ground pool off the main living area. Sit under a tiki hut and enjoy the outdoor Florida living!

My husband and I were very comfortable in this lovely condo. The kitchen was a dream and nicely upgraded. I appreciated the bedrooms away from the main living area. We’ll definitely book again. Oh! The view was breathtaking especially the sunsets over the lake. I loved this condo.

Absolutely Perfect

To start, the property owners are very honest and good people. Erin was prompt to respond and a pleasure to work with. The home was ready a couple of hours early, which was a pleasant, surprise. The house is very spacious, we had 3 children (15, 13, and 10) and 5 adults and a service dog. There was plenty of space for all. The outdoor amenities: pool, tikki hut, deck, location on the canal were perfect (10/10). The fishing off the deck is excellent so be sure to bring your poles. We will absolutely consider renting this home again. Thank you for helping to make our spring break vacation WONDERFUL!!!
