This beautiful home has it all! 3 bedrooms will sleep 7-8 comfortably with a combined king bed, queen bed, twin daybed and full/twin bunk bed unit.

Just one mile from the historic downtown and a short 3 block walk to Fisherman's Village, there is no better location in the Isles! You are close to everything, and yet our quiet dead-end street feels completely private. The Punta Gorda Trails bike & walking path is just one block away, and there are multiple parks within walking distance. The Punta Gorda Library is just .5 miles away, while Publix and CVS are only 1.3 miles away. Enjoy your private dock and fish the day away, take a canoe ride or bring your own boat and take a trip out to Boca Grande--our prime location has you in the harbor in just five minutes.

Our beautiful pool & lanai features a custom-built outdoor bar and built-in grill, and allows you to relax and watch the sunset with a desirable west facing lanai. Fully remodeled kitchen with granite and stainless will allow you to cook your own meals in luxury. The three large bedrooms each feature high-quality mattresses with luxurious 400 thread count sheets.

The open living area features a flat screen television as well as DVD projector that gives you a movie-theater experience from the comfort of home. There is also a well-stocked library with a great selection of books--everything from "chick lit" to classic literature, as well as lots of kids books too. The library also comes stocked with a full selection of board and card games for both kids and adults.

But that's not all! Our comfortable family-friendly home also features a custom-built 2-story "secret clubhouse" that kids of all ages will LOVE! Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet deposit. This home has it all and will make you want to move to Southwest Florida!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. The house was beautiful and the location was primo. The house was completely stocked and met all of our needs. The owner Chuck was great to work with. He met us at the house for check in and explained in detail the inner and outer workings of the house. He said to call him anytime if we needed anything. That was not necessary as we didn’t need his services. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

Once again Chuck was a great host. His house is perfect for hosting family and friends. The grandkids loved the pool. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of paths for dog walking and playground for kids.

Great home!

Fantastic time at Chuck's home. It was everything advertised and more. We loved the Punta Gorda area. There is a wonderful pickleball facility not far from the house (Pickleplex). The pool and hot tub were so nice and we usd them everyday.

Very nice place to stay. Only thing it needs is bigger TV in living room and a TV in the bedroom.

The house is very well kept and shows very well. The pool and hottub is really great. Just the minor thing about the TV's. Everything else is awesome.

Punta Gorda Paradise

The house was amazing! We all truly felt at home, the house had everything we needed! Chuck was great and so helpful! Fisherman’s village was such a short walk that we were able to go there several days of our stay. This property is such a great location, walking distance to Fisherman’s Village, Dog Park, and the beautiful walk down the harbor where you will find outdoor exercise equipment, park, tennis courts, etc. Walk to shops & restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved the house, pool, location, the library, everything about it. The house was beautifully decorated, functional, clean and comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. The master bedroom bed is very soft. Very close to Fishermans Village and the Harbor Walk. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would book again.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect! The pool was crystal clear and we enjoyed lounging and reading under the lanai . The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. Chuck was great- he met us at the property and gave us a tour and instructions on how to run the hot tub. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella-it was hot at Sanibel Island but very beautiful beach. Overall great stay- would highly recommend!
