Our other vacation rental is Prescott Carriage House #113 Alarcon Street.

Such a beautiful yet simple place to stay! We've stayed at multiple properties in Prescott and this was definitely worth it. Will definitely stay here again. One of the best sunset spots to see Thumb Butte is right on the porch
Great property, great location! Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen, though we didn’t cook. Would highly recommend! Very short walk to courthouse square!
An absolute pleasure to stay in this beautiful home! The neighbors are friendly and downtown is just a short walk away. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family!!
Excellent stay. Everything was clean and well maintained and great location!
Water pressure was weak and tv was dark on one side. Other than that, great.
This cozy spot was just a four minute stroll from the courthouse plaza in a quiet neighborhood -- couldn't be better positioned. It was plenty of room for two people and the yard was great for our small dog. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to have all the basic dishes and utensils. Plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. I would stay here again.
This property is so cutely decorated and we really enjoyed all the light that flooded in from the windows when we had the blinds open. The location is great and even though it is just one bedroom it felt quite spacious. The only thing I’d like to see is a full length mirror.
Code did not work, BUT immediate communication with host and was able to get in the back door. Lock was going to be fixed the next day. Excellent location. Cute fenced in yard so if you have a furbaby, it is awesome. Parking was perfect. Could use a little cleaning on the front porch and inside. There were cobwebs. Sooooo close to downtown. Just a short walk down the hill. Would stay here again.
Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to Whiskey Row, restaurants and shops. My husband and I would happily stay there again.
We are going to miss this 5-Star "home away from home"!
The Carriage House totally exceeded our expectations! The décor, the location, the upscale amenities, and the cute yard with the white picket fence, all suited our needs perfectly. At the end of our one month stay we were truly sad to lock the door and leave. The proximity to weekly entertainment at the Courthouse Square, Whisky Row and too many great restaurants to count all within walking distance are a huge bonus. For outdoor enthusiasts great hiking and paddling are just minutes away. We really appreciated everything our host Hank provided to make us so comfortable and a look forward to returning.
Our month stay was great. The house had all of the amenities we needed, was spacious and comfortable.
We were in walking distance to so many great Prescott locations and the neighbors and neighborhood were wonderful.
We are looking forward to our next visit Hank.
Our second time renting this property and everything was as we remembered. Very comfortable and very convenient to everything in Prescott. We will
Be back.
Perched on a hill leading directly down to Whiskey Rd, the Carriage House was a perfect place to call home while exploring Prescott’s shopping, Antiquing, and Dining. It was also perfect for launching to local hiking trails and day trips. Every need was anticipated and planned for. Cozy and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Maria, thank you so much! You are welcome back any time. So happy you enjoyed your stay!
We have stayed several times at this property. Since our last stay in 2018, the property has a new owner. Although we liked some of the changes, the living room furniture is no longer comfortable for just hanging out, reading, watching TV, etc.. Our stays have ranged from 1 week to 2 months so hanging out comfort is important to us. This is still one of the best vacation rentals we have had in Prescott and there have been several.
