Spacious 3 bedroom town house in London’s design and culture area of Fulham & Chelsea. Wonderfully quirky area with small boutique retailers and auction houses. Antiques and vintage shops full of culture and period items, fashion shops, restaurants, jazz clubs, bars and entertainment. Home to the famous Chelsea Football Club and a short distance from events such as the flower show and book expo. A very short walk from all transportation routes: Fulham Broadway tube-train transport to Heathrow, 50min and centre city 20min and TLR & rail network to Gatwick, 40min via Imperial wharf. Bus stop's on Fulham and Kings road less than 100m! Our house has a private car parking space and separate garden. The house is on 3 levels and is not ideal for small children because of open stair areas. However the multi level space lends itself well to families with three separate bedrooms, all with double queen size beds. Please note that there are only two bathrooms, therefore some guest have to share. There is an additional double pull-out sofa available however you must request linens and self-make up. All linens and towels are provided and made up for the 3 double beds for up to 6 adults. Please be honest at time of booking and we can be flexible to a degree and provide more.
The master bedroom has an on-suite bath & shower room. The 2nd bedroom has on-suite shower room and the third bedroom currently shares a bathroom.
The house is a period 1980's building and as such has lots of space and unusual terraces and seating areas. It is built on three levels and you will have to deal with stairs. There are two sets stairs which are open on one side without rails therefore we do not recommend this space to young children or the elderly.
Self check-in is normal procedure. You will be sent full entry instructions and photos prior to your arrival. We provide a clean safe environment with fresh linens and towels and a full kitchen. There is NO cloths washing facilities simply because we have two laundry cleaners and dry cleaners less than 100ft from our door! We have a dedicated car parking space - on request. We will be happy to host you and have adopted enhanced cleaning protocols to make your visit as safe as possible. We appreciate you may arrive early or wish to stay later than our check in and out times - If there are no guests departing or arriving near your reservation time we will do our best to accommodate your request. Each reservation is reviewed manually before acceptance - sorry for this inconvenience, but we do respond quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pros: 1 - Great location to mass transportation! Both Subway and Buses were easy walking distance from flat.2 - 3rd bathroom was a wonderful addition! We really appreciated it!3 - Unit is filled with olde English charm.Cons:1 - Lots of steps. It's a three level walk up.2 - With olde English charm comes olde English windows. Several windows would not open.
What a great rental! Close to the Tube station yet in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super to work with and very responsive. We all enjoyed our stay very much!
We loved our stay thank you.Great bonus to have parking and garden space. Location was great for us to spend time on kings road and the Chelsea flower show. We loved Jak’s restaurant and night life just across the bridge.
We all enjoyed the excellent location of this quaint townhouse. We knew about all the stairs and managed them fine. The outdoor patio off the dining room was lovely. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Access to buses and underground were great!
Had a very nice stay at this location. The flat is as advertised online - nicely appointed and decorated with flair. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and pleased with the accomodations. The owner was very responsive even in the face of some challenges and technical glitches with the listing. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Right by Chelsea Football Club. Interior very dark. 3 very long steep flights of steps to top floor bedroom. Stairs are painted black and have poor lighting- I think it’s an accident waiting to happen. Could use a good cleaning

The ratings and review process is here to give an overview and helpful information to future guests - a lot of weight is put on this process these days and the reputation of guests and the hosts relay somewhat on these because many people do little other research or due diligence before traveling.
We host 100’s of guests each year from all over the world. We are on all the major platforms and have 100’s of reviews. It always amazes me when after numerous great reviews, one comes through slating us, our home and our efforts!

Our family enjoyed our stay!!
Great location! The bus stop was right around the corner and the tube about an 8 min walk! The neighborhood had great access to local restaurants and grocery stores with a short walk. On our second night we were able to arrive back to the house to watch the celebration of the local soccer match. The stadium is right across the street.
The owner was wonderful in his communication and left great suggestions and detailed notes that were very helpful!

My only suggestion is to read the owners notes regarding stairs. For us it was not a problem, but for those with mobility issues it could be a challenge because there are no hand rails… they do have good lighting which is nice.
We hope to visit again soon!
The location of this place is spectacular. We really appreciated how easy it is to get up public transport. There is a bus stop very very close, and the underground station (fulham/Broadway) is a 5-10 minute walk. There are plenty of shops nearby as well. The house was clean and a fine place to stay. I wouldn't categorize it as upscale, but it's great for our needs. Really only two negatives: 1. The stairs are steep and plentiful. The listing is accurate about this, so it was no surprise. But that the significance of this seriously. It was a real problem for someone in our group with failing knees. 2. Communication was slow. We had a few questions and tried calling both numbers in the book. Neither amswered, and neither called back at any point. We did get a response on VRBO quite a while later.

Il nous a facilité la tâche concernant l'enregistrement des plaques d'imatriculation pour le stationnement en autre.Attention juste au niveau des escalier assez raide et sans protection au niveau du premier étage (enfants sous surveillance).Je recommande vivement entre ami, en famille (nous étions 2 adultes et 4 adolescents).
The house has everything you need for a break. Its location is excellent with easy access to Tube etc. There are reasonable restaurants nearby & the dedicated parking is a real bonus. As the description says, the stairs are open so not suitable for young children, but my 11 year old grandson was fine. House is secure and right opposite Chelsea FC if you are a fan.

My name is Nick and this property was our family home in London since the 80's Its is a spacious building with several apartments and ground floor business in the same block. The main town house is on three levels, with open plan stairs between each level. (this is not ideal for young children or elderly) The town house originally had 4 bedrooms. Currently one bedroom is locked off for storage with plans to become another bathroom one day soon! I respond quickly and am here to help. Thank you for looking at our place and I hope you choose to stay.
