Our family loved our stay in Surf City! The condo was incredibly clean and had all of the things you would need for a beach stay. The ocean view was great to wake up to each morning and the beach access was super easy.

Great condo

We love this community in Topsail and this condo did not disappoint. We loved the extra loft space with a beautiful ocean view. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Fully stocked condo with extras such as books and games for all ages!

Let’s talk about what’s not included. Bedding, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, towels, etc. Be prepared to bring everything except the kitchen sink. Also there are no elevators. This unit is on the third floor. There are at least 40 steps that I counted in order to get up to the unit. It’s a hike to get all your things up there, especially when you have to bring everything except the kitchen sink. If you plan to stay for a week or more, it might be worth it, but we were just staying for the weekend and would definitely not rent this unit again for such a short time. It’s too much work to figure out linens, make your own bed, drag everything up the stairs and then to turn around and do it all again in two days and wash all your dishes and put them away and take out your trash, etc. You’re better off staying in a hotel. The view was nice and the property is nice as well. So I would consider staying on property if the rest of it was more convenient. The listing says it was recently updated, but I don’t know what updates they made recently because the unit was pretty banged up. I felt like the furniture couldn’t use a deep clean as well.

Great Condo!

The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay (especially in the kitchen!!). The location right on the beach was perfect and having the pool gives a nice break from the beach and sand. Would definitely recommend! The property management company sent WAY too many emails and texts, often with duplicate information, but I suppose it's better to be over-informed than under-unformed and that was more an annoyance than a real problem.

The Surf

The location was amazing but those stairs can be tough. The unit was great and felt spacious with the loft. We couldn’t find a cookie sheet for our pizza but that’s really the only thing the kitchen. Don’t have. Everything else was great and the AC worked amazingly!

Felt like home

We loved the feel of the Condo, felt like home. The view was beautiful of the ocean and loved the chairs as you could sit high enough to see over the rail to the ocean. It was on the third floor so it was tough getting our belongings in, but you get a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. The kitchen was well supplied. We would go back again in a heartbeat.
