Welcome to our Beautiful Bella Sirena condo.

Our condo is located in the popular E building with great views of the Ocean from our 6th floor balcony! The balcony view is amazing at night! Bella Sirena offers great amenities including 24-Hour on site security, gated entry, infinity pools, three hot tubs, poolside palapa bar and day grill (seasonal), tennis court, putting green and outdoor grills. Enjoy a relaxing massage on the beach!

The condo has been recently updated with all new granite counters, new fixtures, new beverage refrig
2 bedrooms with king sized beds in the master room and in the guest room.
The living room has a new electric fireplace with Cantera Stone and a dark wood mantle! Focal point of the room.
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and updated tile backsplash with under cabinet LED lighting.

Tile flooring throughout, and the balcony offers great views of the beach by day and city lights by night. You will spend hours enjoying these views.

Amenities include : Direct TV , Smart TV's, Wifi Internet and home phone to dial free to the US!

This is a non-smoking condo and All renters will be checked to verify they are 25 years or older.
There is an add'l $60 fee which is for taxes/cleaning fee.

Great choice for a long RP weekend. Host was very helpful before and during stay. We've only stayed at Bella Sirena and Las Palomas and we prefer Bella much better. It's a more tropical feel, better adult atmosphere, unlike Las Palomas which is a frat party in a brutalist concrete city. This particular suite has strong sun on the balcony in the early morning and then well shaded late morning and beyond. Wonderful view. Everything was as expected from the description. Highly recommend.

Stan's condo is centrally located to everything. One of the best views on Sandy Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and very relaxing and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make your stay stress free. Our family really enjoyed this perfect piece of paradise and our hosts were exceptional to work with.

Fantastic from start to finish!

A great property in a great location. Ditched the wife and took our two boys down to rocky point for their spring break. We had a blast at the beach, pools, and short drive into town. A great home base for exploring rocky point. Quiet, clean, and convenient condo. Well stocked for all of our needs and wants. Parking spot was an added bonus. Stan was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I will definitely bring the family back here often.

Great weekend getaway!
