Charming Cottage in Breakwater Village - Grab your Sandals and Head to the Private Beach!

Quaint one bedroom beach cottage located 4 houses down from an association beach in the Breakwater Village community of Narragansett. It features a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with an open concept living room. The living area is furnished with a pull out sleep sofa for guests (linens provided upon request) as well as a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Private bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed and A/C for comfort. Rinse off after a long day at the beach in outdoor shower. Under 10 minutes to Scarborough and Narragansett Beach!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Wonderful week

My husband and I enjoyed our week immensely! This is the third time we have stayed in Breakwater Village and love it more and more every time!! Thank you for a great week!!! We can't wait until next year and are ready to come back now!!!

Wonderful beach getaway

I purposefully targeted Breakwater Village for proximity to ocean and private beach. This cozy cottage was icing on cake. Great amenities at house which included internet, as I was working remotely pet of week during my stay.
