6 Bedroom Home with Central Air in Eastward Look - Walk to Scarborough Beach!

This six bedroom, three bathroom raised ranch is located only .7 miles from Scarborough State Beach in the desirable Eastward Look South neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups! The kitchen has granite countertops and floors are hardwood and tile. Many great summer amenities including a deck with outdoor furniture, central air, flat screen TV's in every bedroom, wireless internet, beach chairs and umbrella. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a long day of fun at the beach!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Very Nice Stay

Everything was exactly as expected and planned. One question to realtor about a week before we were to go in and realtor needed to speak with the owner. Response was quick and efficient. No surprises from us or them. Would definitely vacation at this location again. Home was welcoming, excellent condition and nice location. Very relaxing comfortable week. Thank you

Great location, house needs some upkeep

The house is spacious, great location in a quiet neighborhood, and has all the basic ammenities necessary. However, the house requires updates, including: torn lint screen in the dryer which is a fire hazard; a broken pipe under the bathroom sink that leaked some onto the floor; the kitchen faucet makes a loud noise when the water runs; and the deck umbrella does not close.

The house was clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of eight. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedding was very nice. We all loved the deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was only a fifteen minute walk away. We had a few minor problems upon arrival, however they were taken care of immediately by the very nice landlord, Tony. We all enjoyed our week in this house and would definitely recommend it to others.
