Kick back, relax and enjoy summer living from this sweet ranch in Mettatuxet on large, private lot. So many amenities including a bocce court, spacious outdoor shower, deck with dining set and exterior patio with outdoor sectional set.

Inside, there is a bright and open living room with flat screen TV, dining area and adjacent kitchen. Down the hallway, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is one ductless a/c unit in the upstairs living room. The lower level offers a second living room with a comfy sectional, flat screen TV and bunk bed for extra guests. There is also a second full bathroom with shower, and laundry area.

Community boat launch just is a short walk away to launch kayaks, paddle boards, or small boats. Twin Willows Restaurant, Fuel coffee shop, and Brickley's ice cream are all within one mile, and Narragansett Town Beach is just four miles away. Easy access to Newport and Jamestown via RT 1A to 138.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.

Great place

This is a wonderful home to stay, has everything you could possibly need. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Lots of ammenities and very close to beaches and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was great and so was the outdoor shower. The house was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Great family property

The home was charming and the yard was perfect for hanging out when not out enjoying Rhode Island’s sights. Great neighborhood and close to popular beaches and Newport. We only had a few minor issues and the property manager took care of them immediately above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend staying here!
