Kick back, relax and enjoy summer living from this sweet ranch in Mettatuxet with central a/c on large, private lot. So many amenities including a bocce court, spacious outdoor shower, deck with dining set and exterior patio with outdoor sectional set.
Inside, there is a bright and open living room with flat screen TV, dining area and adjacent kitchen. Down the hallway, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The lower level offers a second living room with a comfy sectional, flat screen TV and bunk bed for extra guests. There is also a second full bathroom with shower, and laundry area. One well behaved dog will be considered on a case by case basis and with a $100 pet fee.
