Three-Bedroom Cottage at Kings Creek Resort

There is so much offered at King's Creek Resort that days can be spent without leaving the resort! Gorgeous swimming pool complexes dot the resort. The year-round Aquatic Center houses an indoor junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, jetted hot tubs, and much more. Tennis and basketball courts, jogging trail, on-site barbecue. The fun begins at King's Creek Resort!

Our spacious cottage features include pillow top mattresses, 3 1/2 bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer, gas log fireplaces , in-suite washer / dryer, jetted tubs, Wi-Fi is available , flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout.

A full kitchen will include all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones and a vacuum sweeper.

This is a 3 1/2 bedroom home under 1 roof. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and a 1 bedroom suite is downstairs with the ability to lock off for privacy if needed or wanted or can be left open for a continuous flow.

Special Note * Required 4-5 night minimum. Calendars are not updated daily due to availability changing by the minute. Please send an inquiry* Please note carpet/flooring can vary in units as the resort is under a 3 year renovation project.

Due to my health issues and this trip being super special with our 4 year old grandson they made sure our house was close to the amenities that we so enjoyed. The walking distance was perfect and this allowed me to go with our grandson and enjoy my time with him. Thank you so much!

This was a nice place to stay for visiting the area. Close to everything. Property was clean and well maintained. We had trouble with the a.c. and they sent someone immediately to fix it. This is a gated resort with pools, playground, and security. If you’re looking for privacy, this isn’t it. It’s not secluded, but it’s quiet. Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. We had one hiccup. One of our daughters had to work & couldn't join us until late Friday evening. She arrived approximately 10:45. When she stopped at the gate the security guard was very curt with her. Fussed because she didn't have a parking pass----she had just arrived! He also woke up her sleeping 2 year old that was sleeping in the back seat! It made for a very long night. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

The good: Great check in, good communication, decent amenities, close proximity to the parks and Colonial Williamsburg. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy!The bad (for us): The layout wasn’t quite what we expected traveling as 2 families. We ended up having to sleep with our toddler in our room which we were trying to avoid. The doors are not even remotely childproof and we were constantly getting locked out or trying to keep the toddlers from running out the front door. There were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen areas but I also chalk that up to time of year. Also it really is 2 separate units. The door to one was super messed up and we couldn’t close it properly and essentially had to leave it open while we were there, not ideal because it’s a straight view to the bedroom. Overall, I don’t think it quite fit our particular needs, but it’s good if you just want a place to crash between activities.

Sorry for some of the issues you faced, as discussed on out pre call, there is a full housekeeping and maintenance staff on duty to correct issues immediately, so I hope you took advantage of those options while you were there. Seriously?

You booked a stay on a day when there was no one there to check us in? There was no owner. This is apparently a corporate property so we were shuffled to an alternative property. Not even close to what was advertised. Paid top dollar. Incredibly dissatisfied.
