We are welcoming guests back to Lahaina Roads, our property and apartment have been updated over the past two years and we are excited to greet our guests with heartfelt Aloha!

We have worked very hard to provide you with a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere! After an exhausting day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood areas come back to relax on the living room recliner or on the lani to watch the sunset. Get ready to blow the conch horn at sunset and watch the turtles getting ready for their night’s sleep.

This 4th floor ocean-front condo offers magnificent views of the nearby islands of Lanai and Moloka’i, humpback whales in season, turtles year round, boats bobbing in the waves, and the spectacular sunsets that help make Hawaii a tropical wonderland.

Make yourselves at home in our unit #410. We strive to provide for all your needs - fully equipped kitchen, linens and bedding, beach towels and chairs. The unit is air-conditioned, although the ceiling fans and the natural sea breezes combine to keep the rooms very comfortable.

We have AC both in the living room and bedroom. Electronic sunscreens on the lanai to shade the late afternoon sun, yet can still view the water. Comfy furniture and that special lazy boy to really enjoy after a busy beach day.

The Lahaina Roads condominium complex is only 42 units, and with our heated pool, lounges, tables and chairs, BBQ’s and the enclosed common room, the “library”, you are provided ample opportunity to enjoy ocean-front amenities without leaving the property.

But leave you will! Exploring Maui is fun! For local excursions, Lahaina Roads could hardly be more ideally situated - walking distance to sandy beaches, restaurants, groceries, the Cannery Mall, and the cultural, dining and shopping excitement of Maui.

My stay was perfected. Such a beautiful decorated, cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located condo. I could drive all about this side of Maui to the beautiful beaches and amazing views and restaurants in Kaanapali, Napili, and, Kapalua. 45 minutes to Wailea, most along a stunning drive. It’s a just a great location! And also quiet with the exception of the wonderful sound of the ocean waves! Birute has everything you need for your stay and again the location - an easy walk or a short drive to Lahaina busy Front street. The view is breathtaking! I watched the whales and turtles from the lanai. And the sunset view is perfected. I loved hearing the waves all day and especially at night to lull me to sleep! Wonderful. You are right on the water. The pool area is really nice as well. And the fun touch lite every night. Adds to the Hawaiian Island vibe! I would highly recommend this cozy zen condo in Lahaina! I will be back!

Loved how close it was to town and that it was right on the water. Lots of items for us to use: cooler, chairs, towels came in handy for sure. Saw Lots of whales and turtles from our balcony. Elevator didn't work, slight inconvenience being on the 4th floor but not bad. Lots of road noise in the bedroom. Parking spaces were tiny. Overall good stay had a wonderful time.

Home away from home

This property was in a great location as we were able to walk to multiple eating establishments and grocery stores. It was easy access on and off the highway and just a short drive to great beaches for snorkeling and relaxing. The condo itself was very clean and nicely updated, and the view was remarkable!!! The masks/snorkels, beach chairs and umbrella along with a cooler made beach going very easy, but looked forward to coming back and enjoying the swimming pool and a bit more relaxing before utilizing the bbq area and a nice dinner on our lanai. Will definitely be coming back and hopefully be able to enjoy this condo again if available!!

Absolutely Stunning

I can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay. The condo was updated from the pictures we had seen and was very well decorated and put together. The view from the balcony was amazing! You can see turtles throughout the day, and one of the best turtle snorkel spots is basically in your back yard. Birute was very responsive with any questions or issues. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful and well equipped condo. We enjoyed having our breakfast out on the lanai watching the whales breaching and the boats sailing by. The heart of Lahaina was within easy walking distance and we also appreciated the Safeway being just a block away!

Perfect Picture

This condo is very well appointed. It has all the necessary supplies. The king bed is very comfortable. The setting is perfect. What a wonderful way to wake up and have breakfast on the lanai. The sunsets are beautiful. Two drawbacks: the elevator didn’t work and there is a lot of road noise, but you get kind of used to it.

Comfortable Place with an Amazing View

The location right on the water was amazing. We spent many hours just chilling on the lanai. The master bed is very good, something that you don’t often find in a lot of rentals. My back thanks the owner for that. It’s a bit tight for four, especially when two are teens that refuse to share a bed. We made do, though. It is a bit of a walk to downtown, made a bit longer by whiny teens. But there are a few great restaurants just down the street. I especially recommend Honu. We didn’t get a chance to go to Star Noodle because it was reservation-only and completely booked. Plan ahead if you’re coming! All-in-all we had a fantastic stay. Amazing Stay at this Hidden Gem Lahaina Roads Condo

We had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary in this hidden gem at Lahaina Roads! We usually stay farther away from Lahaina but we thought this might be a nice change. It was perfect, the condo was close enough to walk to town but far enough away. The condo and the grounds were so clean and taken care of. It was so quiet and relaxing. The Condo had a perfect waterfront view of the ocean and it was so pretty to see the boats anchored in front. The amazing sunsets and sunrises and hearing the ocean putting us to sleep at night was a so relaxing. The condo was furnished beautifully with so many nice touches. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The bathroom and shower were very nice and luxurious. We brought our own toiletries but it they had everything there even Qtips and a make up mirror. Our favorite part was siting on the Lanai for all our meals and drinks, looking out at the ocean and the island of Lanai and watching the boats. We also loved going down to the steps that go into the water by the pool to see the beautiful turtles that would come right up to the steps! We definitely will be back again

Fabulous until our leaving last minute!

Sunrises and sunsets couldn’t have been more fabulous! The view from our condo couldn’t have been better! The beautiful newly remodeled kitchen had everything you needed and the bar-b-que area down by the pool was always very clean and ready to use! We followed all the rules, with it being strange times due to Covid, one of those rules being 2 people in the elevator at a time. We were in the elevator with our luggage, coming down from 4th floor, a gentleman on the 3rd floor wanted to join us, we said wait til it returns. He said no, tried to hold the elevator door open, said to take our bags and get the hell out of there and never come back to his island!! He took the stairs and met us at our car, still yelling at us to get vaccinated! We said we are! Just following rules! This guy wanted to fight! We are both in our late 70’s!! We are at the airport now! He didn’t have the aloha spirit!!!

Great location and beautiful view

The building is in a great location - about a 15 minute walk into downtown Lahaina. The grocery store is a 3 minute drive. The condo was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use at the beach which was a big plus so you didn't have to rent them. The view from the lanai was BEAUTIFUL. We sat out there every morning with our coffee and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. In the evenings the sunsets were just gorgeous. I would say the only 2 small negatives I could point out about this place was that the AC unit is too small for the size of the condo. The kitchen/living area was cooled but none of that cool air made it back to the bedroom so sleeping was difficult as it was just so hot and stuffy in the bedroom. Also, the refrigerator needs to be replaced. Even though it was turned down to the coolest setting we couldn't get the freezer to actually freeze water for ice and some of our perishable food went bad too quickly because the fridge was not cold enough. Otherwise we would totally stay here again. It is really a perfect place for a vacation rental.

Comfort with a view

We had a great stay at Lahaina Roads!!! This unit was extremely comfortable and felt like home. Except my home doesn’t have a lovely ocean front pool or phenomenal sunset views from the lanai. The furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked with quality items. Access to the common gas grills was great and saved us a bunch of money with expensive restaurants, long lines, and difficult to get reservations There were a few issues that were problematic (washer water temperature, and fridge on it’s last leg) but the owner was very responsive. They weren’t able to resolve the problems during our short stay, but compensated us for our lost use of those items. I would absolutely stay here again!

"It's the little things"

I loved the theme that this condo had. All the beach elements of Hawaii and all the little touches made it extra comfortable. Everything from binoculars to watch the turtles from our balcony, beach chairs, ice chest, utensils, glassware, beach towels and more made this experience super convenient.

Why they chose this property

We have looked on Maui for a condo for many years. We narrowed it down to only this particular building as not a resort (no resort fees), small private and ideally located in Lahaina making it possible to walk or bike to many attractions. No need to look for parking in town this way! The ocean front also makes it ideal for just spending time on the lani and breathing in the salt air.

What makes this property unique

Small building privacy. We have residents in this building that have been here for over 40 years. Once you are here, you’ll understand why there is no need to go anywhere else.
