Welcome to Wailea Ulua #1002! This recently renovated luxury beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bath residence is located in the heart of Wailea on Maui Sunny South Shore. Within steps of the unit you are on one of Maui’s best beaches. Ulua Beach is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, diving, paddle boarding, or just relaxing. This unit is fully equipped and ready for all your vacation needs. You will enjoy the stunning ocean views from the Lanai and throughout the unit. During the winter months you can whale watch from the lanai and living room.

Our Elua villa has a spacious primary `Kahu` bedroom that includes a king sized bed, a private oceanview terrace, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom enjoys a queen bed with shared access to a large second bathroom with a wonderful rain-shower.

The highlights of our villa is firstly, the wraparound lanai that has perfect sunset views that span 120 degrees from over Ulua Beach to the pool and enjoy perfect privacy. Our villa is located at the front of the front row of Elua Resort. The second feature of our villa is our modern and expansive kitchen that is open to the living room and dining area. Everyone is connected no matter where you are in Villa 1002, whether on the lanai or in the living room or dicing fresh vegetables, everyone can remain connected to one another.

Wailea Elua Village features two large saline swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, paddle tennis/pickle-ball court. Between the unit and the beach is the Wailea Beach Walk, this mile-and-a-half paved beach walk runs along the ocean and many of the resorts of Wailea. These nearby resorts offer both casual and upscale dining options, so you can eat in or dine out. The Shops at Wailea, adjacent to the property offers a diverse variety of upscale and casual dining options, plus retail shopping from Tommy Bahama and Lululemon to Louis Vuitton. Also in the Shops at Wailea is the Island Gourmet Market with excellent grocery and prepared food selections. With the amazing ocean views from the unit, white sand beach within steps, and dining/shopping options with minutes you won’t want to leave!

This corner-unit condo offers stunning ocean views and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach, walking path, and pool. The space was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai throughout the day and evenings. We had a fantastic stay and have already booked our return for next year!

The location on the beach, the incredible proximity to the pool, the nearness to the Wailea restaurants and other activities...it was all perfect. I really couldn't believe that the photos provided by the owners on Vrbo could hold up to reality, but they absolutely reflect how amazing the view is from this condo, if not understating it. Everything in the place is upgraded and modern, and functional. It was perfect for what we were looking for,. No doubt, it's pricey, so for us, it's a special occasion situation, but really, seems like anything else now would be a step down.

Wonderful Stay in an Exceptional Location

Beautiful condo with stunning views. It was hard to leave the lanai at times. Very zen, modern vibe, but also very comfortable. The unit was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds and linens were luxurious. The gardens and surroundings and amenities at Wailea Elua are very lovely and hard to beat. We would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to be back one day. All about location

The unit has many positives but the most notable is the location. The condo sits about as close to Ulua beach as possible. Literally can be on the beach in a minute. As a result of being so close, the views of the beach and sunsets from 2nd floor lanai/living room are amazing. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea and less than 5 minutes from Andaz. The unit is also the closest unit to condo pool by the beach. If you feel like you’re missing out on the full service resort vibe, it’s nice that the Andaz is right next door. You can get access to their pool/daybeds/cabanas through Resort Pass. We had a great time!

I have stayed at several condos and hotels over the last 26 years in Maui, but this one is by far our favorite and THE best. The view is absolutely stunning. The beach is mellow and not overcrowded even in the summer. The pool is great and the grounds immaculate. This unit is the best in the entire complex, even the gate attendant told me so when I first checked in. The beds are so comfortable, we didn’t miss our bed for the first time. The wrap around lanai is so amazing and has an automatic shade that provides shade for outdoor dining. It’s spectacular, the view can’t be beat. We had the most perfect view of the fireworks for the 4th of July and didn’t have to leave the unit! You are walking distance to the Wailea Shopping Center that has the greatest little grocery store (Island Gourmet) to get anything and everything you might need. My daughter is 10, and she loved the reading nook with the incredible view. She also loved the boogie boards and body surfed daily. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. We spent most of our time on the lanai, and we cannot wait to come back. Is it a splurge? YES. Is it worth it? YES! Am I re-booking for next year? YES!

The best ever…

The unit was wonderful and furnished with much more than we expected. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, the design is open and comfortable, and we never needed anything you didn’t provide. Of course, the views are exceptional and within walking distance to whatever we needed. Not renting a car was not a problem. We hope to return soon to this same unit or one that offers comparable everything. Many thanks.
