Nice place but beware of

Conveniently located and clean but was not warned about extreme sensitivity to any kind of noise by neighbors. Normal indoor conversations are likely to result in a noise complaint and subsequent warning by the host that you may be kicked out of the property. Anyone who plans to stay here should be aware of this and be prepared to be very quiet when entering and exiting the building.
