About this property

Lovely, Modern Home with Pool, Central to Everything!

Sorry, this property is not suitable for children (under 18). No pets.

Beautiful well appointed, creative artistic and modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, near downtown with salt water pool (heated May - September). Large patio with BBQ, built in outdoor seating, space for everyone! 2000 sq feet.

The living room has a gas fireplace- turns on with the click of a button! There is a Smart TV in the living room with various paid channels included.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, large built in cutting board and a gas stove. There is a bar for eating at, or hanging out at while helping to cook or just talk with whoever is cooking.

The dining room is right off the kitchen, and seats 6. There is a dining table on the patio that seats 8.

The pool is a salt water pool and is solar heated between the months of May (sometimes April)- September. Will be chilly in other months. The backyard and pool are shared spaces, we live in the detached granny unit, but the porch and patio are only yours. If you want to request the pool to yourselves for a specific day during your stay just ask and we are happy to comply.

The legal stuff:
For insurance reasons we do not allow anyone under 18 at this property.
Quiet hours outside are 9 pm to 8 am.

No amplified sound outdoors
No parties or events
We supply 3 off street parking spaces and there are more on street.
We do not wash linens during your stay, and since you have access to the washer & dryer, ask that you reuse towels and bed linens during your stay to conserve water during this time of drought in our area.

Great House in Santa Rosa

Really cute house and close to the highway to allow for easy travel to multiple wineries. The neighborhood is not really a walkable one but the house itself is great. We were out and about during the day so didn't use the backyard much. There is a pool but it was cold so just stuck our feet in.

The house was clean, neat, the backyard was amazing with bbq, table/chairs, pool, fruit trees! Only complaint was we didnt research the neighborhood enough and walked into town (lots of highways nearby and roads to get into town were kind of sketchy/unsafe)

Charming home, awesome pool, fabulous hosts!

Perfect getaway for couples or a getaway with friends! House was clean, charming and fully stocked. The house stayed cool at night, even in 100 degree weather! The pool and outside area are lovely. The pool is communal, but Justine and her family are lovely, fun, responsive and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend this wonderful haven!
