Beautiful property but overbearing host

The property is spotlessly clean, beautiful building & pool area. The nearby town of Uzes is fabulous, there are nearby bakeries and a very good supermarket. The owner is very informative and replies swiftly to any queries. I have given the communication 3 stars & check in process 2 stars because it is actually too much. There are MANY rules which were passed on to us in the check in process which we were told would take 30 mins but actually took 2 hours! Whilst she does check times with you for her arrival at the property it means constant text and emails (the first two days I had 5 emails a day plus texts). She comes twice a day to clean the pool, inspect outside etc and once in the week to cut the grass for 1 & 1/2 hrs. I have never known an owner be present so much, we were very respectful as we always are but still felt like we were treated like children (we are all close to 50). We were subjected to a half hour inspection of EVERYTHING at the end of the stay which bordered on rude. We had left the property spotless but she opened every kitchen cupboard, oven, fridge, window, blinds up and down, even turned on and off the shower to make sure we hadn't broken anything, which we hadn't. It felt quite suffocating and difficult to try and relax with the owner so present. I even received 2 texts after our departure asking me to leave a review. It is a shame because she is just far too nervous about letting this beautiful property.

Hello Sir, indeed we are doing a 30MN inventory, with you tenant, if no one, between us, if no one asks us 10 times the information given. Which was not the case, all asked questions already given with YOU. Too many rules = it's to make your stay easier. Email and SMS are to bring you all the information. Presence, 1 hour in the morning and evening to monitor the quality, cleanliness, swimming pool, spa, garden. Without disturbing. If you stay more than a week we have to tell us . it's growing and it's for your comfort, we obviously agree on the schedule together. Inventory of exit locations seen together before your reservation: with precise instructions to follow. We rent 365/365 with respect with all details given before validating your reservation. Super séjour à l'Atrium

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre amis dans cette magnifique propriété. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter. La maison correspond totalement à la description de l’annonce, d’immenses volumes, chacun peut avoir son intimité avec les 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains, de nombreuses terrasses, des points de vue splendide, la piscine, l’espace cuisine extérieur… La villa est proche de plusieurs villes ce qui est très pratique pour faire ses courses ou visiter (Vers Pont du Gard moins de 10min, Uzès 10min, Avignon 30/40min…), le Pont du Gard est également très proche, environ 15min. Un grand merci à la propriétaire Françoise, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et tous ses conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Séjour de rêve !

Après notre séjour de 4 jours, je tiens à souligner l’accueil souriant, les check-in et check-out rapides et efficaces, le sens du service, la propreté irréprochable des lieux, la décoration fraîche et recherchée ( * mention spéciale pour la cuisine vaste, aérée, au mobilier épuré et aux luminaires originaux). Superbe Villa, très beau jardin avec piscine chauffée, tout est fait pour profiter à fond. Bref nous avons passez un séjour de rêve, merci encore pour tout et à très vite je l'espère ! Excellent rapport qualité prix !!! Je recommande !
