Perfect house to enjoy outdoor living. Tropical landscaping that provides plenty of privacy. Great location! One mile from downtown Cape Coral, 3.5 miles from CC beach. Close to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water. Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks.
Owner lives nearby and can often accommodate requests for bicycles, extra beach chairs, anything reasonable to make your stay more enjoyable....just ask!

Please note our NO PARTIES policy. There is plenty of night life just down the road.

Girls trip paradise

We had a group of 3 girlfriends escape to this property for 4 days of relaxation and it was absolutely perfect! The outside space was wonderful, the inside was spacious and nice, we were VERY happy with our stay, I would 100% go back! Thanks for having us!

Great stay in Cape Coral

We had a great stay at Kellie’s house in Cape Coral! Kellie was great to deal with and very responsive to a couple requests we had. The location is good for access to Sanibel and Pine Island. The house itself is nice and as you see in the photos.

Perfect Florida Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The decorations throughout were a beach/coastal related theme, perfect for Florida! The screened in lanai and pool area were awesome. We spent nearly every day in the pool or on the lanai. The neighborhood is very nice, close to downtown, shopping, and a short drive to everything we needed. The neighbors were welcoming. Our host Kellie was quick to respond with any questions we had, and we had the pleasure of meeting her. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

Clean and updated

We stayed at this property April 1-7. Typically we have always stayed in Naples, however, we got a late start on booking properties. We found this house was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed and when we made additional requests for items (totally not needed, just recreational) the owner responded and provided them within minutes. It is a bit of a drive to the Naples area but we found Cape Coral to have many of things we were looking for. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is close to many grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean and felt “new”. We will definitely stay here again. So sad to leave.

Pool was cold

Good renovated house but not ready to be rented- super cold inside the house and the pool especially(it only heats while pump is running between 10-6ish but does not keep the set temp so next day you have cold water). If you have kids be aware of the coldness of the water. visible gaps on the lanai and was full of spiders. The grill was probably never been cleaned and not safe to be used. I had to maintain the pool due to low level and fill it for two hours with cold water the day before our departure. In this small review i can’t explain our disappointment and ruined vacation. We booked an advertisement for a house with heated pool and used that pool no more than 2 times. Just wanted to warn someone of the disadvantages we experienced of renting this house. It’s not just getting a house and putting it on the market, it needs to be maintained and improved so people’s stay can be enjoyable and can return.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We love all reviews as it helps us to earn referrals and repeat business. We respond within minutes to any messages and are always available to fix any problems our guests may have if we are made aware of any problems. I’m sure you noticed, we responded to any messages within minutes, so the one star for communication was very unfair on your part. It’s hard for us to make something you found wrong right if you send us a message after departing. If the house gets cold, there is central heat, you just need to turn it on. There was a strong cold front during your stay and as stated in the listing, the pool heater runs when the pump is on (8 hours daily). The heater is more of an accommodation for our long term guests, the heater is brand new but can not heat the pool when the air temperature is on the cool side everyday. The pool was re-screened 6 months ago, its Florida and some bugs are inevitable. Pest control comes on a monthly basis and the receipts are left in the kitchen cabinet drawer on the island. The grill is a year old and is very safe. It’s another extra we provide that many places don’t. Again. as stated in the listing, it is the guest’s responsibility to clean it if they use it.

LOVVVVVVE THIS HOUSE!

First of all, know that the trip just two people, a married professional couple in our 50's on a two week vacation. Now, the review...... PROS: 1. It is in a true neighborhood where people talk to each other. When walking our golden retriever, we met many residents who were simply lovely. Know that you are in a neighborhood of homes, NOT other weekly rentals. VERY safe area. 2. The home is fully fenced, the pool area is caged. This was great for a bug free experience. 3. The pool was SO CLEAN, and is cleaned weekly. The pool people were in and out in 20 minutes, you do not need to be home as they do not access the house. 4. Not a bug inside the home! This is Florida, and you can tell they have a service. I loved this bug free experience! 5. Nice updates - flooring, furniture and bathrooms were all updated and fit our needs well. 6. GREAT A/C! The house cooled down very well (once we learned how to use NEST!) and stayed cool. 7. The location was GREAT! 5 minute drive (at most) to bars, restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie. 8. Nice layout if you have kids or two/thee couples. Split floor plan offers great privacy. 9. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you need for vacation. No carpet which I appreciated - nothing worse than nasty carpet in a rental! 10. Master bed was VERY comfy. I am a Temperpedic girl, so I always have an issue in rentals/hotels. The master bed was GREAT! We brought our own bedding so I cannot comment on their blankets/pillows. 11. Pool heater worked GREAT and we had a fabulous time with the pool. Not sure how some are complaining about that in their reviews? 12. Internet was great, and the TV had cable plus the ability to sign in to HBO Max, Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc. 13. Manager is VERY easy to reach and immediately rectified our one issue of not understanding how to turn on AC. Thanks Kellie! CONS: 1. It is in a true residential area as stated above. If you plan to be wild until midnight outside at the house, this is not the place for you. 2. There was not a check out sheet with what needed to be completed available. However, one call to Kellie and she told me to take out the garbage, do dishes and that is it. Thus, no need for one! This house is a rare, great find. If renting in this area again, I 100% will see if this place is available. WONDERFUL experience in a truly great area. Thanks for renting to us!

From the start Kellie was an excellent host for sure she made us feel just like we was at home if any problems came up she was very responsive! The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I really can’t explain how great Kellie was especially under the circumstances that hurricane Ian had put her under! Nice property

This is a lovely property in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were a couple disappointing experiences. We bought a lot of food to grill, and the grill stopped working early in my month long stay. I was told it would not be replaced as it’s an inconvenience to the owners. We had to buy the propane because it was empty, but the owners did reimburse me $100. The next day a table top grill, the size of a dinner plate arrived and a week or so later another table top grill arrived the size of two plates. We did not use either of them. There’s also no ice machine which is disappointing to be in Florida with no ice machine. Also, there are no instructions anywhere in the house. If you are not familiar with Roku or sling TV, you might want to brush up ahead of time. It’s nice that there are four TVs in the house, but all of them operate differently. The pool is wonderful and we enjoyed it on the nice days we had. I had my dogs with me and it was great to have a fenced in yard. However, the pictures are a bit misleading as the nice privacy fence is only on half of the yard. The other half is just a chain-link fence. However, the neighbors on that side were very nice. Overall I would recommend this house.

Perfect house & location- a true dream!

This house is a gem! Absolutely gorgeous! I've stayed in many vrbo houses and sometimes the pictures don't match up, but this house is perfect! The kitchen is beautiful, the beds are soft & roomy, and the pool is clean and well maintained. Kellie was so easy to communicate with and always responded within minutes. We are already planning our trip back!
