Welcome to Chicago! We're located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago, located in the Uptown neighborhood, near restaurants, super markets and a couple of blocks from the CTA Red Line train.

Our condo is designed for your comfort with all the amenities you would need during your stay along with one free parking spot located in outdoor parking lot.

I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests:

- Unit is on the second floor, with one dedicated outdoor parking spot

-Professionally designed space with modern furniture.

-My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.

-Fresh towels and linens that are laundered after each stay by cleaning staff

-Smart TV in the living room

-3 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large king/queen size bed

Master Bedroom - King bed with dedicated Master Bathroom
1st Guest Bedroom - Queen bed
2nd Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, this bedroom is located across the hallway and offers privacy

-Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including fridge, microwave, stove/oven range, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster

-Fully Stocked Kitchen: dinnerware, utensils, cutlery, cutting board, drinking glasses, basic spices, pots & pans, wine opener, etc.

-Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

-In unit washer and dryer
-Iron and ironing board
-Luggage rack and hangers


*** NEARBY TRANSPORTATION:

Our place is two blocks away from the Lawrence Red line train station, and equally convenient to the Broadway, Lawrence, and Ashland buses - it's almost more convenient to not have a car here!

If you do bring your car, however, there's a parking spot behind the building available for your use. Lake Shore Drive is close by for you to get to downtown quickly.


***DIVERSE NEIGHBOORHOOD:

Located in Uptown Neighborhood in Chicago- easily accessible by the CTA Red line Train (2 blocks walk to Lawrence subway station) and one block walk to Lawrence and Kenmore bus stop.

Uptown offers a unique blend of history and ethnic diversity. The Green Mill is a classic Jazz club that used to be a hangout spot for Al Capone, it is still popular to this day. This entertainment district is anchored by the Aragon Ballroom and Riviera Theatre which are bustling with shows through the weekend.

Argyle is one block away. If you believe in eating where the locals eat, Argyle is most certainly the place to go; this is authentic cooking, with no tourist traps to be found. Vietnamese restaurants and bakeries are the most plentiful, with various disciplines of Chinese food a respectable second, and Thai restaurants. There are even Ethiopian, Lebanese, Indian cuisine options.

***COMMUNICATION:

We are available by phone throughout your stay. You can simply call or text if you have any questions. Please note that there maybe delayed response times during after hours between 10pm-8am.

***Other things to note:

-We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

-No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past.

-Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am

-No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied.

-Guest should be mindful to not run or walk hard in the apartment to not disturb other tenants. Remove for BF and BR, include for all other units

-Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled.

-Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay
-We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets).
-A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings.
-If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away.

-Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay
