"AuSoleil" cozy apartment, chic modern artist's decor, air-conditioned, 34 m², with separate bedroom.
The furnished rental apartment includes a clear and bright entrance leading to the living room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a beautiful south-facing window with a clear view of the the city that floods the apartment with sun. A dining area and flat screen TV. A pleasantly decorated 11 m² bedroom with dressing room, mirror, south window overlooking the city. A contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets. A patio that allows the apartment to walk through, very practical for hanging out the laundry, having a little coffee on the round table and 2 chairs, or smoking a cigarette.
As an option, cleaning fee 30 €, a cot can be loaned free of charge.
You have the possibility to rent towels 15 € uros for 2 people (set of 4 medium sized towels). Possibility to reserve a parking space: 14 € for 24 hours.
200 meters from the beach and a few meters from downtown shops.
"AuSoleil" is ideally located in the heart of downtown Saint Raphaël.
The proximity of shops, restaurants and markets will offer you a stay in total freedom.
Veillat beach, 300 meters away, will allow you to enjoy the sun and choose between public and private beaches, unless you prefer the discreet charm of a cove in the creeks of the Corniche d'Or.
A few steps from the apartment, you can try your luck at the Barrière casino, enjoy a movie at the multiplex cinema or go to the cultural center.
2 Thalasso centers, Port Fréjus and Boulouris, will also allow you to get back into shape during your stay.
