L'emplacement est bien, a quelques dizaines de mètres de la piscine et centaines de mètres de a plage, si on accepte le bruit généré par la fête foraine jusqu'à minuit. A notre niveau, acceptable. Bâtiment vieillissant méritant une remise à niveau, faite dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, sans vmc...Point faible avec des enfants, même s'il y a d'autres activités, pas de wifi et une télévision minuscule qui ne fonctionne pas, malgré une demande d'intervention qui a ete prise en compte, mais jamais réalisée

Situation idéale à la couarde

Location bien située , tout près du centre et de la mer. Parking très pratique . Gros + pour la piscine et la terrasse . Appartement bien grand et fonctionnel. Globalement avis très positif. Seul bémol: bruyant le soir et la nuit (probablement lié au fait qu’un camping et une foire se trouve tout près ), donc très bruyant par moment

Bonjour, Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Les installations de la résidence sont très bien. Nous avons bien pu profiter. Pour information il y avait juste des assiettes sales dans l’armoire, le grill et sa grille n’étaient pas nettoyés et un mouchoir sale traînait sur le bar à notre arrivée . Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal entre mer et petits commerces.

Bonne location peut être à prévoir quelques améliorations dans la salle de bain... rideau de douche moisi, pommeau de douche fissuré donc fuite, pas d accroche pour poser le pommeau, étagère bancale et meuble sous lavabo abîmée.
