L'emplacement est bien, a quelques dizaines de mĂštres de la piscine et centaines de mĂštres de a plage, si on accepte le bruit gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© par la fĂȘte foraine jusqu'Ă  minuit. A notre niveau, acceptable. BĂątiment vieillissant mĂ©ritant une remise Ă  niveau, faite dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, sans vmc...Point faible avec des enfants, mĂȘme s'il y a d'autres activitĂ©s, pas de wifi et une tĂ©lĂ©vision minuscule qui ne fonctionne pas, malgrĂ© une demande d'intervention qui a ete prise en compte, mais jamais rĂ©alisĂ©e

Location bien situĂ©e , tout prĂšs du centre et de la mer. Parking trĂšs pratique . Gros + pour la piscine et la terrasse . Appartement bien grand et fonctionnel. Globalement avis trĂšs positif. Seul bĂ©mol: bruyant le soir et la nuit (probablement liĂ© au fait qu’un camping et une foire se trouve tout prĂšs ), donc trĂšs bruyant par moment

Bonjour, Notre sĂ©jour s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©. Les installations de la rĂ©sidence sont trĂšs bien. Nous avons bien pu profiter. Pour information il y avait juste des assiettes sales dans l’armoire, le grill et sa grille n’étaient pas nettoyĂ©s et un mouchoir sale traĂźnait sur le bar Ă  notre arrivĂ©e . Séjour trÚs agréable. Emplacement idéal entre mer et petits commerces.

Bonne location peut ĂȘtre Ă  prĂ©voir quelques amĂ©liorations dans la salle de bain... rideau de douche moisi, pommeau de douche fissurĂ© donc fuite, pas d accroche pour poser le pommeau, Ă©tagĂšre bancale et meuble sous lavabo abĂźmĂ©e.
