appartement très lumineux ,très propre,calme et offrant une vue sur l'estuaire à la hauteur de la description qui en était faite . Le propriétaire est très sympathique ,au contact facile et bienveillant .Le site est propice à la balade à pied ou en vélo selon les aspirations de chacun .Visites en arrière pays au patrimoine riche et farniente à la plage selon la météo,25 C en moyenne sur la 2ème quinzaine de mai 2025. en Bref ,super séjour .

Avons passé une excellente 3ème semaine de sept. 24 : A visiter et sillonner le GR4 sous une magnifique météo, quotidiennement de bons restaurants avec découvertes culinaires régionales.. et le soir retour dans ce très agréable confortable appartement lumineux parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Royan . La location était parfaite : emplacement , calme , proximité de la mer et des commerces , propre et tout refait avec goût, un parking pour la voiture . Un très bon contact avec le propriétaire . Le plus a été la location des vélos qui permet la visite des environs sans prendre la voiture . Nous recommandons cet appartement .

Idéalement placé et très agréable.

Le descriptif de l'appartement et de son environnement est totalement juste. L'accueil par Laurent est facile, agréable. L'appartement est très propre est lumineux. Tout est facilement accessible à pieds, et la plage est toute proche. Location que je recommande. Je reviendrais sûrement !

Très bon accueil de Laurent avec une bouteille de Pineau des Charentes. Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et très confortable, avec belle terrasse au dernier étage d'un bel immeuble. Bien situé, près du centre ville, proche des commerces et de la plage. On peut faire tout à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil du propriétaire fort sympathique qui nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement et des vélos ! Cette location est idéalement située, dans un immeuble très calme et très bien entretenu. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, agréable avec une très jolie vue à 180° et une terrasse parfaite. Appartement idéalement situé, très propre et aux prestations impeccables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition des vélos électriques, du chariot pour les courses... La climatisation a été un gros plus et quel plaisir d'assister au feu d'artifice depuis le balcon !
