Exceptional apartment in a Private Mansion at the end of the 17th century, 100m2 renovated, 4 people + baby, 2 bedrooms, living room, large dining kitchen, overlooking private garden, in the heart of the property's park. Very sunny, lots of charm, very quiet day and night, close to the Old Port, restaurants, shops, the beach, public parks, museums, shuttles to Ile de RĂ©. Reserved parking space in the park.
All linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning by us, fully equipped apartment.
Very large, very comfortable and modular beds: 2 large beds or 4 single beds or one large bed + two small ones.

A wonderful property in a great location

We immediately felt at home in this lovely apartment. It was well-appointed in every respect. The location is great - close to restaurants, the beach, parks and all the attractions La Rochelle has to offer. Highly recommended.

Perfect location great hosts

We had a really lovely stay with Michele and Jean- Claude.. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed . The garden was great and we made a lot of use of it . The old port, beach , park , shops All within. Easy walking distance . La Rochelle is a great place to visit .

friendly and very accommodating owner - fridge stocked with all basics which is always so welcome and sadly so rare Lovely apartment- a bit tired. Bedding was too small for the bed so it was not comfortable Private with secure parking. Lots of plusses

Traumhafte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung von Michelle und Jean Claude. Die beiden waren Ă€ußerst hilfreich und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen Altstadt und Strand. Dank der Lage hinten raus dabei absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist bezaubernd. Die Betten und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wenn Urlaub in La Rochelle- dann nur hier!!!

Sans doute la plus belle location de vacances que nous ayons faite. Magnifique appartement (conforme Ă  la description et aux photos et mĂȘme plus encore !) au calme (vous ĂȘtes rĂ©veillĂ©s par le chant des oiseaux du parc) et trĂšs bien situĂ© (toutes les visites peuvent se faire Ă  pieds sans problĂšme). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par Jean Claude Ă  la gare et qui nous y a mĂȘme raccompagnĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour !

L’emplacement est superbement situĂ© Ă  3 mn du port et de la vieille ville. Le marchĂ© n’est pas non plus trĂšs loin. la place de parking proposĂ©e est donc un luxe incroyable ! Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© charmant et s’est souciĂ© de notre confort Ă  chaque moment du sĂ©jour. Il a aussi Ă©tĂ© de bon conseils La literie Ă©tait confortable et il y avait tout le confort des Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires Ă  un bon sĂ©jour ! A coup sĂ»r, on reviendra !

Le Jardin est charmant

DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Ă  La Rochelle, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par MichĂšle et Jean Claude qui nous ont accueillis Ă  la gare et nous ont accueillis avec du pain frais, de la confiture et du champagne. L'appartement est charmant, spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©, il y a mĂȘme une machine Ă  laver. EntourĂ© d'arbres avec un petit jardin privĂ©, vous n'entendez que les oiseaux. L’appartement est bien situĂ© prĂšs du vieux port. nous pouvons marcher ou faire du vĂ©lo Ă  tout. Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour !

Une super semaine de Noël en famille.

TrÚs bel appartement trÚs bien situé. Aquarium, musée nautique, vieux port, centre ville, arcades, plage, parcs, marché, restaurant, port de plaisance, casino, Monoprix boulangeries, sont facilement accessible à pied. Vous garez votre voiture dans le parc du logement en toute sécurité et vous en aurez plus besoin durant votre séjour si vous le souhaitez. Tout est à disposition dans cet appartement de charme. Nous avons passez un super noël en famille. Merci à MichÚle et à son mari qui sont sympathiques et bienveillants

Sehr schönes ruhiges Appartment in ZentrumsmÀhe bon La Rochelle

Das Appartment liegt in FußnĂ€he des Stadtzentrums von La Rochelle neben der PrĂ€fektur. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Schlafzimmer mir Doppelbetten, einen Salon und eine gut ausgestattete WohnkĂŒche. Alle RĂ€ume haben Zugang zu einem kleinen geschĂŒtzten Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, Check-In und -Out waren problemlos. Von hier aus konnten wir die Umgebung wie Ile de Re und Ile d'Oleron erkunden. Dieses Appartement kann ich wĂ€rmstens empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment and very convenient

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. The outdoor patio area offered a great place for coffee or drinks. The best restaurants are a short walk. We will be back to enjoy this space.
