Detached villa with infinity pool 5 minutes by car from Cassis and its creeks. <br><br>We present to you in a few words our villa. <br><br>You can enjoy an exceptional calm in a green environment. The house is located about 5-10 minutes by car from the beautiful village of Cassis, its beaches and its exceptional creeks.<br><br>You can enjoy daily comfort thanks to the swimming pool, a large terrace with deckchairs, barbecue, lounge, outdoor bar...<br><br>The house is equipped with air conditioning and the decoration is neat.<br>The villa has an open kitchen (with central island) opening onto a large living and dining room. Upstairs is the bathroom and the three bedrooms, each with a double bed.<br>Linen is included. <br>The house is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Indeed, the pool does not have safety barriers around. <br>Do not hesitate to contact us for more information, we will be happy to answer them.

Une très belle maison avec une piscine à débordement sublime, des espaces extérieurs décorés avec soin pour pouvoir vivre dehors l'été ! La cuisine est spacieuse, et l'air conditionné un vrai plus pour des nuits paisibles. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et l'excellente communication.
