Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, Canoe, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat.

The house was well appointed and beautiful with a wonderful view of the reservoir! Lori was very accessible with any questions or concerns we had. We brought our family of 20 to celebrate Christmas. There was a tree and subtle Christmas decorations that added to the atmosphere. We had a great time!

We stayed here last week with our leadership team, and the home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Before even arriving at the property, Lori was absolutely amazing. So kind so accommodating she made us feel welcome from 3000 miles away. Once we arrived at the property. Everything was exactly as the pictures, almost better I would say. The property is so wonderful, it’s appointed with everything that you could ever need. We had really terrible weather at the end of our day and Lori was so kind to accommodate our travel needs. This place is so so worth it. She made our Thanksgiving magical and easy.

Perfect House on the Lake

My friends and family chose this house because of the perfect location and amazing house! The beach area was a big hit! We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table, arcade game, and dart board! The house was very spacious and view from the master bedroom was awesome! We also used the huge back door patio a lot at night! Lori was super helpful and very responsive to any of our questions! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Just started renting short term vacation rentals but have been renting other properties since 2013. Family runs a home renovation company as well as has a popular You Tube channel on home renovations.

Why they chose this property

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
