There is also plenty of seating at the custom breakfast bar. If cooking is not your specialty, you can savor a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the patio while observing passersby or enjoying the music from the Rendezvous Event Center across the street during the summer concert season. Located near Main Street in downtown, you can easily stroll to the fantastic restaurants and shops just minutes away. The living room is equipped with a large smart HDTV with cable for watching games or streaming your favorite shows and movies, as well as a gas fireplace for relaxation. Whether you are dining or lounging, the rooftop patio table is an excellent place to take in the views and enjoy the refreshing mountain breeze. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate easy access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to the unit during your stay. Snow removal operations will take place between 10am and 4pm, with access being through the rooftop.
