Independent villa with beautiful enclosed garden, in a pine wooded environment.
1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80, bathroom (shower, sink), toilet. Car parking on the grounds.
Equipment: Refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine. dishwasher, electric coffee maker, cookware, microwave, freezer, garden furniture for outdoor meals.
Location: About 1 km from the beach, 500 m from seasonal shops, 5 km from the city center.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €70
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Location très bien aménagée et équipée (ustensiles et électro ménager) Location entourée de sable (positif pour les jeux mais plutôt négatif pour l'entretien du bien et le stockage du véhicule et de la remorque) Par contre deux belles terrasses donnant sur l'arrière du bien et abritée Très bonne prestation sur ce bien À refaire
