This house, located in Sains, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a radio, a CD player and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet and 1 including 2 single beds and a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and a desk.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Bikes are at your disposal.
Jacuzzi available all year round. The third bedroom has two single beds on the first floor and a double bed on the mezzanine.
