Charmante parenthèse bretonne

Très belle maison au calme en bretagne avec de très belles prestations idéales pour un séjour familial. Les chambres sont confortables, les salles de bain modernes et la cuisine fonctionnelle. De plus, un espace vert à l'arrière de la maison permet de profiter de belles journées ensoleillées de Bretagne. C'est une location tout confort loin des zones traditionnellement prises d'assaut par les touristes.

Villa très spacieuse et confortable, très bien équipée. Superbe point de chute pour des escapades sur les cotes et dans la campagne lorientaise ou vers Quiberon, Carnac, Vannes...

Lauter Luxus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Häuseransammlung ohne Infrastruktur, man hat den Eindruck, dass die alten Häuser dort vorwiegend sehr schön umgebaut worden sind, damit dort Touristen übernachten können. Wenn man das Pech hat, führt einem das Navigationssystem zunächst durch ein Industriegebiet, sodass man sich wundert, wo man gelandet ist… Aber es gibt auch schönere Anwege. Der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke. Das Haus ist offensichtlich ein umgebautes altes Haus. Es wurde innen sehr schön und luxuriös umgebaut, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. (Aber: ein französisches Ferienhaus ohne Sekt/Champagnergläser, das geht gar nicht…! ☺️) Es gibt eine große Zahl an Zimmern, alles sehr schön ausgestattet. Als Gartenfreund finde ich aber, es passt zu diesem luxuriösen Haus der vernachlässigte Garten nicht. Auch wenn wir einen trockenen Sommer hatten, hier müsste man sich mal drum kümmern. Aber das ist kein echter Minuspunkt. Was an dem Haus wirklich nicht gut ist, das ist die extrem nahe Lage (circa 3 m entfernt) neben der Durchgangsstraße des kleinen Ortes. Es ist dort echter Verkehr und echter Lärm! Direkt vorm Haus liegt noch eine Fahrbahnverengung, es wird dann sofort wieder durchbeschleunigt. Auto Verkehr ist auch am Wochenende und die ganze Nacht. Isoliert sind die Fenster recht gut, aber es ist einfach laut! Ein Mittagsschlaf unter der Woche kaum möglich, die Autos fahren einem quasi durchs Schlafzimmer. Zusammen gefasst, es ist ein luxuriöses großes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, von dort aus kann man alle Ausflüge in die Gegend sehr gut starten. Es gibt einen durch ein Gartentor nachhaltig verschlossenen Innenhof, insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt. Man muss aber wissen, es ist laut! Wer damit leben kann, ist dort gut untergebracht.

Très belle maison familiale

Maison très agréable pour se retrouver en famille, une chambre accessible aux seignors, une cuisine parfaite pour préparer le réveillon, une cheminée magique, et une belle décoration pour sublimer le tout
