Description: You will appreciate the healthy and bright spirit of this house built with natural and bio-resourced materials. As an interior designer, I took the greatest care of this rejuvenating place. The design was thougt by Katrinb and offers you a large living room which has terraces over the entire South and West facade, you can live outside – inside. The canopy of wild grapes above the pergola allows you to be outside even in warm summer temperatures. A large garden invites you to relax. My personal advice: try the Hammock under the oaks below, it will lull you towards multicolored dreams accompanied by the songs of birds. Inside, solid Ardèche chestnut wood flooring on the floor, bleached poplar slats on the ceiling, gives a warm atmosphere and the real old brick partitions are part of the very current decorative trends. The kitchen in mint water color and black granite is very well equipped. The master suite with its large bathroom - shower has access to the terrace and garden and the bedroom on the first floor benefits from a roof terrace. Many outdoor activities delight young and old alike. In first place the Cèze river with various beaches nearby, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Grottes de la Salamandre in Mejanne le Clap or the Grotte Chauvet in Vallon Pont d'Arc, Acro-banche parks, horseback riding and equestrian center just 2 minutes away, cycle paths and countless hiking trails. You can discover beautiful, very varied landscapes starting from the house, for example the Concluses or the planted stone. For the pleasure of the eyes and the palate you have weekly and nightly Provençal markets in Goudargues and other nearby villages, such as that of Uzès, the largest Duchy in France just 25 minutes away. The Pont du Gard Aqueduct, a visit to Avignon with its beautiful museums and Palais des Papes or even Nimes, a Roman city rich in history, can nourish your cultural soul. Saint Marie de la Mère beach is 90 minutes away and the Ardèche gorges are 30 minutes away.
