Got a LARGE GROUP coming to the Lake? Look no further, this is the house for you! This very spacious 4 bedroom - 3 bath property has so much to offer. Brand new 75" Samsung SMART TV in great room. Large, well supplied kitchen and great room with plenty of seating. Smart TV's in all bedrooms. Suddenlink Cable TV and Hi Speed WiFi. A large backyard with a HEATED POOL AND SPA. Covered patio is shaded from the sun during the summer months with plenty of seating. Sit in the pool and enjoy those majestic sunsets we all love so much. Need Toy parking? Well, the 65' RV garage can fit just about anything. It has a slight blind spot due to contour of the street, but easily managed with a little help. Very short drive to Windsor Launch. All propane to heat the pool and spa and electric vehicle recharging are additional costs. Base guests-8, extra guests are $20/pp/day. 10 Maximum.

Amazing views

Such an amazing house, kids loved it but better yet the parents were very happy! Big spacious house and a garage you can just pull in and clean up your boat out of the sun. Clean and fully stocked kitchen and also lots of games to use. Our host was very responsive and polite, communicated for any needs necessary. We will definitely be returning!

Best view of the lake

Easy instructions to follow when checking in and out of the home. House was located on a 35mph street giving you less stress with traffic when parking boat in garage. Beautiful home with a Great Lake view. One of the best views I’ve seen in lake Havasu. Bring some cards and games and you’ll love this place!
