This pleasant 2 rooms apartment with sea view of almost 90m² for 2 persons is located on the second floor, door n°12 of the residence “Gulf Stream” in front of the main beach of Quiberon.
It includes:
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa,
- Bedroom with on bed of 160cm large,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher),
- laundry with washing machine and dryer,
- Bathroomwith shower and bath,
-Toilets separated.
Balcony with sea view and garden furniture. Parking free on the residence.
Animals not allowed.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 180€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
