- Direct entrance into the living room with a dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (sofa, TV) opening onto the terrace and extended by a large private enclosed garden, south and west-facing (garden furniture)
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (3-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher) opening onto the terrace

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and TV (140, duvet)

Cheapest furniture, everything falls apart. Too expensive for this facility. But nice, big garden. location is good, 5 minutes walk from the beach

Maison mitoyenne

Cher par apport à la saison et location. Un peu petit a l étage pas de wc à l étage. Faire quelques entretiens ( serrure, portes, plaque induction) bonne situation. Calme car pas en pleine saison sinon avec des voisins je pense que se serait un peu compliqué
