To the EAST: terrace of 38 m2 on the first line of the golf course. WEST side: terrace of 25 m2.
BEDS: 5 People max. Living room: 2 sofa beds. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 cm. Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90 cm.
KITCHEN: 4 hotplates, fridge, washing machine, large oven, dishwasher. TV.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, separate WC.
Quiet residence with swimming pool facing the golf course 800m from the Richelieu Beach and 300m from the shops.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the Syndic and is normally open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
