Quiet house on the island of Noirmoutier for 8 people, 500 meters from the beach, ideal for families

Our house is located in L'Epine on the island of Noirmoutier in the Vendée.<br>Ideally located on the edge of the salt marshes in the La Bosse district, you can stay there in peace and quiet in summer and winter.<br>Morin Beach is 500 metres from the apartment, while Morin Port is 500 metres away.<br>The land around the house is fully fenced, it is a 90 m2 house comprising:<br>* 2 bedrooms (2 bunk beds in one, 1 electric bed for 2 people in 160 in the other)<br>* 1 mezzanine (2 single beds that can be combined into 1)<br>* 1 bathroom (redone in May 2025) with 1 large shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet (in addition to the one in the house)<br>* 1 large kitchen equipped with a traditional oven, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hood, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine<br>* 1 dining room with a large oak table<br>* 1 living room with a fireplace/insert, a 101 cm television, 1 convertible 3-seater sofa<br>* 1 terrace, 1 garden and garden furniture<br>* electric heaters throughout the house<br>* Cars can park inside the fenced lot<br><br>If you are a rider and horse owner, I also have a plot of land to rent to accommodate your horse during your stay

Séjour parfait, la maison est très agréable et bien située au calme. L'accueil l'est tout autant, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Petit bémol sur un espace effectivement clos mais au final partagé avec une autre location au fond de l'espace, ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce.

Vacances Juin en famille

Nous avons sejourne a l’Epine avec nos enfants de 10mois et 2ans. Emplacement tres calme et securise pour les enfants (impasse et jardin clos). 5mn de la plage du Devin. Et 20/25mn a velo pour les differents lieux remarquables de l’Ile. Maison spacieuse, agreable avec de jeunes enfants, claire et calme. Bons equipements. Meriterait un peu de renovation pour augmenter le comfort mais sincerement pour ce que nous souhaitions c’etait parfait. Sabrina la personne en charge du checkin et check out etait tres sympa et facilitante.

Agréable séjour dans une maison confortable dans un quartier très calme proche du port Morin. Nous avons apprécié ses petits restaurants authentiques et sympathiques où nous pouvions aller à pied Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour sur l île qui offre de multiples facettes

Petit séjour de 5jours dans cette maison très agréable. Proche du port de la plage. Il y a ce qu’il faut dans le logement pour passer un bon séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil de Danielle.

Séjour à l Epine, maison idéale.

Tout était parfait, la situation de cette maison, la propreté, nous avons été accueilli par Flore qui nous a donné les renseignements avec amabilité pour notre séjour.. Et la personne pour notre départ a été très à l écoute, et très aimable.

J'ai regrété de ne communiquer avec la proprriètaire que par téléphone. La personne qui s'est occupée de nous à notre arrivée et à notre départ n'était pas aimable. Nous avons apprécié la maison et l'emplacement qui étaient identiques ä la description de l'annonce.

Pas mal.

Maison tranquille et agréable située derrière les Marais salants. Malheureusement, nous avons dû faire du ménage en arrivant car la maison n’était pas très propre ainsi que tondre la pelouse du petit bout de jardin qui n’était pas entretenu. Il n’est pas stipulé non plus dans la description ou photos de la location qu’il y a 2 lits superposés dans une des chambres.

J'emploie quelqu'un exprès pour que la maison soit propre car je suis à distance et je ne peux pas le faire moi-même.
