Un appartement idéal

L’appartement est climatisé ce qui est indispensable actuellement. Il est idéalement situé proche de toute commodité, et la piscine est un atout. Il est aussi proche de la mer 15 à 20 minutes à pieds, et des navettes gratuites en bas de l’immeuble vous y emmène. Nous avons été très bien accueillis comme la dernière fois . Vous pouvez louer sans difficulté.

Bel appartement bien situé mais sans wifi ni parking

L'appartement est fidèle à la description, très vaste, bien équipé et la climatisation est appréciable. L’Hôte est très réactif par message et nous avons pu bénéficier de l'appartement dès le samedi matin de notre arrivée. L'appartement est bien situé proche du centre ville et à 15-20 min à pied de la plage ou 4 minutes en navette gratuite avec l'arrêt de la navette en bas de l'immeuble. Il y a une petite superette et une pharmacie en bas de l'immeuble ce qui est pratique. Il y a des belles vues de l'appartement de la terrasse ou depuis la chambre. Les deux points négatifs ont été l'absence de WIFI et de parking. Concernant le parking, nous étions au courant mais les places n'ont pas été faciles à trouver, contrairement à ce que l'hôte nous avait dit. Nous avons fini par mettre notre véhicule au parking public gratuit situé à 7 min à pied. Et si nous trouvions une place dehors à côté de l'immeuble, avec les fortes chaleurs, il faisait plus de 40° dans la voiture. L'absence de wifi a été une grosse déception à l'arrivée. C'est vrai qu'il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il y a du wifi mais maintenant toutes les locations en possèdent. Nous avons été obligés de faire les partages de connexions pour utiliser nos ordinateurs. Je pense qu'il faudrait mentionner dans l'annonce : Absence de WIFI. Enfin, la piscine de la résidence est magnifique, très grande et ensoleillée du matin au soir. Inconvénient : pas d'accès depuis l'immeuble et gardien pénible.
