Let yourself be seduced by its bright, crossing living room and its terraces with panoramic views. Enjoy the swimming pool, the BBQ, the bioclimatic pergola and a heated outdoor jacuzzi for moments of relaxation under the stars. A luxury seasonal rental, ideal for a dream holiday.

Modern villa, all equipped between the vineyards and the sea, facing south, facing the sea.

The whole villa is air-conditioned, the villa is on one level, without stairs.

The jacuzzi is heated between 37.5 and 40°C day and night.
The pool measures 10m x 5m with a depth of 1.5m with a range of 2mx2m and 40cm deep.

It is equipped with fibre for the internet connection and a 75-inch main television in the living room with a large TV-video package as well as in the bedrooms with a 43-inch connected TV screen.

The pergola is bio-climatic, the villa also has a gas bbq for 12 people, a trampoline of 3m in diameter, 6 secure parking spaces.

The villa is fenced, a 5m gate opening onto the property.

Superbe maison !!!

Que dire si ce n est que nous adorons cette région...et cette superbe maison ! La vue sur la baie de Cassis et sur la colline avoisinante sont géniales ! La maison est grande et chacun y retrouve son espace et peut largement accueillir 8 adultes; la cuisine y est fonctionnelle, la terrasse très agréable; la literie très bonne; une piscine avec vue, et un jacuzzi où il fait bon s y détendre ... et si en plus les propriétaires sont aussi charmants que sympathiques, vous avez déjà quasi tous les ingrédients pour d excellentes vacances, il ne reste plus à chacun de profiter des attraits de la region ! Merci Benoît et Magalie pour votre accueil chaleureux ... sans doute un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu !! Au plaisir de vous revoir !
