This lovely barn conversion is located close to the town of Dolgellau and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Ysgubor Las is a barn conversion close to the town of Dolgellau, just eight miles from Fairbourne. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin, together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open pan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove and sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of southern Snowdonia, Ysgubor Las is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating and electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs,Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure bike storage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 miles. Note: Private water supply. Note: Although garden is enclosed, the wall is shallow. Note: Please ensure children are supervised when using the balcony. Note: Low beams in sitting area, care to be taken.
