Quarterdeck is perched above Bigbury-on-Sea, near Modbury, directly overlooks Burgh Island and can sleep five people. This single-storey property has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and gardens with a lawn area with furniture. Quarterdeck is a wonderful holiday base, in a beautiful setting. Please note: The property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child only (5 adults may be accommodated on request). Please note: Although equipped for 5 people, the accommodation best suits no more than 4; for instance, the sitting room has 2 sofas but not an additional armchair; there is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate WC.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters with multi-fuel stove (Coal is provided but not kindling wood or logs). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available but please bring your own travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. 300m to the South West Coastal Path with beach just beyond. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £300.
