Notre séjour était parfait !

Notre hôte a toujours été très disponible pour préparer note séjour. Très bon accueil. La location offre une très belle prestation avec des pièces propres, agréables et très bien équipées. On se sent comme chez soi. Le plus de cette location est son emplacement idéal car l’aéroport est très facilement accessible en tramway, la promenade des anglais à quelques pas et le centre ville tout aussi accessible. À noter, le logement est dans un cadre parfaitement calme, sans aucune nuisance sonore urbaine. Nous gardons l’adresse pour pouvoir y revenir. Isabelle

Formidable!

Location très agréable très confortable, proche de l’aéroport par le tram et à 2 arrêts du Centre et à 2 min du front de mer. Nous y avons passé un très bon WE. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et la mise à disposition de certains produits de base. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers.

Nähe zum Strand perfekt!

Es handelt sich um eine schöne kleine Wohnung in einem Hinterhof. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen Hinterhof. Dieser ist durch ein hohes Tor gesichert. Zudem gibt es noch ein weiteres Tor zum Innenhof der Wohnung. Leider gibt es vor Ort keine vernünftigen Parkmöglichkeiten direkt bei der Wohnung. Nur auf einem öffentlichen Parkstreifen, der tagsüber immer sehr voll ist, gegen Abend hat man aber eine gute Chance einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Straßenbahnstation ist direkt vor dem Haus. Zudem ist man innerhalb von 3 min. am Meer und bis zur Altstadt ist es eine netter kleiner Marsch von ca. 20 min.! Der Vermieter David und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Sie haben uns ein paar gute Tipps für einige Restaurants vor Ort geben. Zudem haben wir bei Ankunft eine gekühlte Flasche wein erhalten. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat ein tolles großes Bad. Der einzige Nachteil ist das kleine Kinderzimmer ohne Fenster. Allerdings war es für uns kein Problem, da die Kids gerne auf der sehr schönen Schlafcouch (mit Federmatratzen) schlafen wollten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.
