About this property

New flat with sea view & garden on the Promenade

This tastefull apartment was completely renovated and fully redecorated in March/April 2017. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a livingroom with a kitchen. The livingroom offers through its big, supersized terrassed or a marvelous view of the garden, the promenade and the ocean. The interior is stylish, individual and due to its selected colours radiates a great harmony. The kitchen is very well equipped (Oven, dishwasher, respectively (almost everything from a knife for oysters to a citrussqueezer).

The masterbedroom has an access to a small balcony. Thanks to its norther orientation, it is cool in the summer. The guest bedroom has a folding bed, which is not open, when you rent it out for two persons. So you would have one more room (storage?).

The two bathrooms are small, but fully and high-quality equipped with each shower, a sink and a toilet (Alape, Villeroy&Boch, Grohe etc.)
The ceilings in the livingroom and the bedrooms are 3,60 m high. The stucco-decorated are white and the walls are painted in a light grey/beige, which lends the rooms an equally elegant and cosy atmosphere. Surfaces with contrasting colours in coralle and grey create modern accents.
The interior combines old and new, classic and modern, art and kitsch. The result is a small individual and above all a home away from home
The total apartment has WIFI-coverage. An internetaccess with a minimum of 200 Mbit, network sockets in every room as well as smart-TV (mostly French, but also many international channels) ensure state-of-the-art media availability.
The small garden – with our own palm – is surrounded by a dense hedge and offers the opportunity to eat outside or simply enjoy the sun. Please note, that the Promenade des Anglais is a four-land highway, which makes the garden not quiet.

Great place to stay!
We loved everything about this! Property manager is very friendly and helpful. Owner is also great with communication. Extremely clean and well stocked. Awesome location and easy to get around. Very close to the tram station and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location
When we arrived Anna was waiting for us, which was very nice to show us around. The location was wonderful and enjoyed. It is in the tram, which was right behind our apartment by one block. It was quiet at night, less stressful. Everything was quite convenient and comfortable.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely apartment for three nights. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and you can walk to everything. Anna, the property manager was fantastic and made check in super easy. As others have mentioned, it can be very noisy at night from street traffic to noise from a water pipe that runs all night, so if you are a light sleeper, you may struggle a bit, but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

We are a happy family of four (mother, father, two daughters) from Munich. We love the ocean, the sun, warm weather, good food, culture, diversity and Shopping. Therefore Nice and the Cote D´ Azur are all year round the ideal destination for us for short and long vacations. The airport´s proximity to the city and its good connection to Public transport is a great plus.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located about 900 meters west from the Hotel Negresco. The beach promenade and the beach are located directly across the street. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The pedestrian zone can be reached in 15 minutes (on foot).

The buses that run between the airport and the city (downtown, train station etc), stop at the next corner. Diagonally opposite a Velo Bleu-point is (bike rental). Also about 100 meters away is an electric car station. Currently, a tram between the airport, downtown and the port will be built. This should be completed 2018th The planned stop Magnan is 150 meters away.
