Cosy 3*+ chalet of 160 m². Sunny living room in summer, with fireplace, flat-screen cable TV and WiFi. Open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, citrus press, kettle and toaster.

So much to love about this Chalet but not without issues - the broken jacuzzi was a disappointment f

Excellent location Fun layout for the kids with the mezzanine being a nice touch The simple and easy to follow checkin process Car parking space immediately in front of the Chalet The Jacuzzi was broken yet it was advertised at the time of booking even though the agency were clearly aware it was broken. The handles of both the dishwasher and washing machine were both broken. Wasn't an issue once we figured out how to open them. There was absolutely nothing provided in the kitchen. No salt, pepper, sugar. Few coffee capsules presumably left by previous tenants. No dishwasher tablets provided.

Schönes Chalet mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön mit einer toller Aussicht, die oberen Fenster und die Sofas müssten dringend gereinigt werden, eine schöne Küche, die alles hat ausser Ablageflächen zum Kochen, eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, leider kein Sonnenschirm, wir konnten uns deshalb oft nicht draussen aufhalten, es war einfach zu heiss ohne Sonnenschirm, das ist ärgerlich. Der Ausgang nach draussen aus dem unteren Kinderzimmer ist eine eklige Müllhalde, da will niemand schlafen ausser man lässt Tag und Nacht die Rolläden unten. Absolut grässlich, ein No Go, will man ein Haus vermieten. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sehr gemütlich, nur die Leiter nach oben eine Herausforderung, vor allem das Hinabsteigen. Der Griff der Waschmaschine ist immer noch defekt, unsere Tochter fand den Trick mit dem Küchenmesser heraus, so konnten wir dann doch Wäsche waschen. Die grösste Enttäuschung war jedoch das Verhalten von FeWo-Direkt. Die Firma ging nicht auf unsere Reklamationen ein und delegierte einfach alles auf uns zurück. Die Firma war absolut nicht hilfreich und machte einfach nichts. Man wird absolut alleine gelassen und mit nichtsagenden Mails abgespeist wie, dass man nach dem Aufenthalt eine Bewertung schreiben soll. Dieser Rat bringt uns aber für unsere Ferien absolut nichts. Mein Fazit: Nicht mehr bei FeWo-direkt buchen. Ist etwas nicht in Ordnung, wird man alleine gelassen, das Geld haben sie dann ja. Wir hätten eine, wenigstens minimale, Rückerstattung erwartet.
