Tolle Lage am Yachthafen mit Blick aufs Wasser und in der Nähe des Strandes. Leider kein WLAN, keine Klimaanlage, ein sehr kleines dunkles Schlafzimmer mit 2 schmalen Betten und die Schlafkammer für die Kinder unter dem Dach ist ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer kaum auszuhalten und nur über eine sehr schmale Holztreppe zu erreichen. Oben kann man auch nicht aufrecht stehen.Die Übergabe findet mit einem Verwalter statt, der nur Französisch spricht und uns leider bei der Rückübergabe nicht darauf hingewiesen hat, dass wir die Wohnung hätten selbst reinigen müssen. Und das obwohl wir noch eine Stunde Zeit gehabt hätten vor dem offiziellen Checkout. Stattdessen haben wir im Nachhinein Fotos von zusammen gefegtem Sand und der leicht schmutzigen Spüle in der Küche bekommen. Hätte der Verwalter uns bei der Übergabe darauf hingewiesen, hätten wir das noch sauber machen können. Stattdessen kam eine Nachforderung der Endreinigung. Was auch noch zu beachten ist: man muss seine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.

Très bon séjour à st cyprien et ses alentours magnifiques plages ,villages Argelès sur Mer, Banyuls, Collioure et le Pertus. L'appartement situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et très bien situé le port et beau et calme petit déjeuné et détente le soir après 21H sur le balcon car très ensoleillé en journée .Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
