The cottage is situated on a bluff 5' from the water at high tide. 270 degree ocean views. Listen to the waves and bell buoys as they put you to sleep at night. Simple Maine cottage charm interior on the first floor level includes a large screened in front porch, a good size living room/dining room area with a newer well equipped kitchen and an updated bathroom with shower. The second floor has 5 small bedrooms(watch your head!) and a very small half bath. The property has its own private beach area. Kayaks are available to use, please bring your own safety equipment. 2 car off street parking included. City of Portland License Number STHR-002599-2020.

Best location on Peaks.

Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Hosts very helpful when concerned about a freak storm and power outage.

It’s all about the view…

Amazing views of Casco bay. I’ve stayed in a lot of cottages on peaks (+10) and I have to say this was my favorite view. Cottage is adorable and very clean. We had a wonderful week.

Wonderful week on Peaks Island!

Our family had a great stay on Peaks Island! The view and porch are incredible. The small beach near the house was loved by all, especially the kids. The house listing is accurate.

Beautiful views and a spacious comfy house

We loved our stay. Best views on the island - LOVE the boat traffic along the diamond passage. Plenty of sleeping space, porch space and dining space. Kitchen is well equipped. THANK YOU
