OCEAN FRONT Comfortable Relaxed Beach Interior. Directly on the ocean and the beach with just 2 flights up to give you an incredible unobstructed view of the Beach & Ocean on Windy Hill Beach in North Myrtle. Laminate Hardwoods throughout. Immaculate with a Spa like atmosphere. DIRECT OCEANFRONT, nothing between you and the Ocean except Beach. Close to Barefoot Landing.
During Prime Time we only allow Sat to Saturday. Other months are more flexible with 3 and 4 day stays. WE DON'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR LINENS. We supply Sheets, Kitchen Linens, Bath Towels & Beach Towels. NO toiletries or paper supplies.

Linens Provided. Queen Master Bed & a Lazy Boy Queen Sleep Sofa. Two Recliners facing the Water. Large size Washer/Dryer in Condo. Furnished with very nice Linens, sheets, towels, and 3 Beach Towels. Plenty of Closet Space. Two TV's - Great Room has a Sony Bravia 37" flat screen TV and DVD. Second flat screen TV in Master Bedroom.

You are Directly on the Beach and Ocean facing the water. Bathroom Vanity with Sea Glass tile Mirror. Pool is in view from the side of the balcony and an interior window. Large 6 x 14 Deck has 2 extremely comfortable Adirondack Lounge Chairs, two Adirondack Pub chairs and table. Kitchen is FULLY equipped, numerous small appliances including Keurig K-cup & a Cuisinart Thermal Coffee Pot and Grinder, Crock pot & all cooking utensils. Fabulous location very close to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Flying Fish, Greg Norman Australian Restaurant, Blueberry Grill, Oscars, Wild Wings, Taco Mundo, Benny Rappas, Villa Toscana, Joes Restaurant, Hamburger Joes, Crab Catchers, Grumpy Monk, Villa Toscana, Seafood Restaurants, Entertainment, Shopping, just minutes from Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls and more. Grocery stores convenient to this location.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Only put sheets, pillow cases, kitchen linens used, towels and washcloths on bathroom floor for cleaning company to pick up. Leave bedspread and blankets in bedroom.
Lock both door and deadbolt when checking out. Windows locked please. Set thermostat to temp stated on wall by thermostat. Thank you

This was our third stay here and we enjoyed our two weeks as we had before. Great location, a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. You need to be on the second floor to get the views over the dunes. Very clean and well equipped with everything you’ll need to have a great vacation. Oh and a great value too.

July 5-12, 2025This, by far, was our best condo rental in 6 yrs of vacationing in MB! The amenities well exceeded our expectations. High quality bed/bath linens and beach towels. Great selection of kitchenware. Very little noise from other condo guests. Check-in & out was effortless; it was a lock code with keys onsite. Never had an issue with parking; spaces always open. Easy beach access. Great view of fox den right in front of the condo, so cool watching them in their natural habitat.

Why they chose this property

Best Purchase ever made! I had always wanted something right on the ocean. Awesome Oceanfront location with a Quiet Beach with very little traffic. Easy to get to from the New Hwy 22. I like this building being only 3 stories tall with only 21 units and that it is not located close to the Tall High Rises. Plenty of spacious room on the Beach! This Building has a fantastic Homeowner's Association that keeps the property in immaculate condition. They are a terrific group of people to socialize with also.

What makes this property unique

This is the most relaxing place you could ever stay. Some people never leave the balcony the entire time they are here. Beautiful beach for walks and a clean beautiful ocean for swimming.
Showers by the pool and by the beach walk-way. Great restaurants nearby and a winery down the street with concerts & bonfires on the weekends. Barefoot Landing right across Hwy 17. You simply could not find a more comfortable, fully equipped condo anywhere else that is also DIRECT OCEANFRONT . AWESOME!
