This one bedroom condo has all of the updates along with a VERY comfy memory foam KING bed and a stylish sleeper couch. Ideal for two people but can sleep up to four. This studio is perfectly laid out with a full kitchen, dining area, main living space and full bathroom. Great location

This rental was in a great location to visit all things Nashville. Broadway was a short walk away and yes it is uphill back, But it’s not terrible! Place was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is some street noise but It did not bother us. We had a great time!

The host was very responsive and the place did look like the pictures. It had nice kitchen facilities. The location was good.The place is nice and clean but needed some cosmetic maintenance and the toilet was not set.

Weekend getaway

This is a good size studio with everything we needed for our weekend in Nashville. It was nice walk to broadway and a quick uber back later in the evening. Host had good communication before and during our stay. Off street parking was a plus!

Cutest place!

This studio style apartment is just outside of Nashville with a quick Uber drive. The setup is perfect for one or two people and they have everything you need. Casey is an excellent host and communicator. Everything was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location near downtown

This was a perfect spot for our stay in Nashville within walking distance of broadway. The condo was safe and in a gated area which made us feel comfortable. The space was perfect for when we came back to relax. Casey was very responsive and provided us with some great recommendations as well as all the information we needed during our stay. Thank you

It was as advertised. The host was great and responded quickly. It’s walkable to Broadway but it’s uphill coming back! The kitchen is nice. Sleeping arrangement isn’t the most comfortable. The complex felt safe overall.

Perfect accommodations

The place was exactly as listed with secure parking and all the amenities that would be required whether you’re staying for 1 night or 1 week. Walk to Broadway was easy with slight incline coming back but not difficult at all. Communications were great and overall a perfect place to stay when visiting downtown Nashville.

Wonderful Stay - Perfect Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had the best nights sleep after a night out on Broadway! The location was perfect for us—far enough away from the action for relaxation but close enough for a short walk to all the fun Nashville has to offer! Plenty of places to eat, drink, see live music, shop within walking distance. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made the process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already planning our return visit! Feel freespecific experience!

First time Nashville

We came to Nashville for the Chesney concert and planned our stay to include site seeing, listening to all the amazing bands. This property was a perfect location, our plan was to walk everywhere we planned to visit. It was a 15-20 walk to downtown and to Nissan Stadium. The unit was very clean,very comfortable. Washer and dryer very accessible. Communication with the Host was awesome. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again. Thank you so much!!
