Important Property Notes

• Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles may be parked overnight at the property.

• Occupancy Pricing:
Nightly rates are based on 6 guests.
An additional $25 per person per night will apply for guests over the 6-person limit.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Security Camera:
A security camera records the front door area. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with alarms, security lights, or cameras.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
