Beautiful property. Wife and I enjoyed a nice quiet long weekend. Only negative was the first night we were there the whole place had a sewer smell and we are assuming from all the rain we were getting. After the first night the smell went away and was a nice quiet relaxing weekend.

This is our second time staying at Utopia. Everything was as described, & Brad is great to work with. The mini split system kept the cabin cool even during the 90 temperatures outdoors. The location was ideal for us, about 45 minutes from Holiday world, lots of caverns to explore and hiking trails and beaches/swimming areas within a reasonable distance. The kids loved catching frogs in the washout and making s’mores over the fire. The futon and upgraded sectional allowed us to fit all 3 kids without needing an air mattress.Aside from some cobwebs and a few dead bugs here and there, it was clean, comfortable and cozy.

We loved our time at Utopia! The cabin is exactly what we expected. The only thing that would have made our trip better was some snowfall. The wood stove was great, you do need to bring your own small pieces of wood (less than 18” long). We went to the most charming little general store up the road in Derby and purchased bundles for a very reasonable price. We would absolutely come back to stay here!
