ROSA, Confortable 2 chambres avec parking dans le centre

Rosa is a 2 bedroom apartment of 62m2, located close to the city centre and the Place des Lices. It has an outside private parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by elevator/lift or stairs.
On one side, you have a large living room opening onto a balcony terrace with a table, on the other side a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer. The kitchen has all the crockery and utensils necessary for your stay.

A door at the entrance preserves the night side, where you will find a first room with a Queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, this first room has a balcony, the second room is a twin with two beds of 80x190 that can possibly be combined.
A bathroom with a large shower and sink in which you will also find the washing machine, a separate toilet and large cupboards complete this side of the flat.

The flat has a high speed internet connection with wifi connection.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The area:

Located just a few minutes from the heart of the city, you will have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, a multitude of choices of outings are possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theatre... You won't have time to get bored!

The Lices market, a true Rennes institution, is just a two-minute walk away. Every Saturday morning, it welcomes local producers.

For nature lovers, the Thabor park, the Tanneurs park and the meadows of the Saint-Martin canal offer you vast green spaces suitable for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport :

Bus lines are accessible within walking distance of the building, and the Saint-Anne and République metro stations are less than 10 minutes away.

Rennes exploration

Everything went well. Advised keyholder we were going to be late and this was no problem. Place was clean and airy. Car parking was on property and was easy to access. Supermarket across the road. Neighbors cat loved to visit and is very friendly.

A Semi-Rundown Place

The place was old. Needed a layer of new paint inside and out (particularly the railings.) the wallpaper was peeling at the edges closer to the kickboard. Area rugs were flimsy and moved around when walked on. Beware of slipping, customers! Out of safety concerns, I removed them. Lo and behold, the cleaning crew never bothered with cleaning underneath. Dirt was visible. Clothe drying rack was broken. And there was no hangers. How and where to dry clothes? Washing machine was filled with mildew. Disgusting. There was no toilet paper when we checked in. Lastly, there were no two bathrooms as advertised. Only two rooms…with toilet in one and shower and sink in the other. Will not recommend this place.

escapade à Rennes

Très bonne situation de l'appartement, près des quais et de la place des lices ainsi que l'accès au centre ville très facile. L'accueil a été très rapide mais correct. L'appartement est agréable, correspondant à la description dans l'annonce. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Les photos sont toutefois un peu trompeuses par rapport à la réalité. Mais même si des efforts de rénovation ont été effectués dans la salle de bain et la cuisine, la porte des WC ne ferme pas à clé, la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas du tout, sans doute dû à un dégât ses eaux car dans le couloir le sol es gondolé. Dans la chambre au grand lit, l'armoire prend beaucoup de place et il n'y a pas de rangement pour le linge. Le tapis sous la table basse (qui n'était pas nettoyée correctement) dans la salle est très usagé, le balcon aurait également besoin d'un bon entretien. Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié l'endroit pour passer un très agréable séjour à Rennes. A recommander

Sehr ruhig , man hört auch bei offenen Fenstern nur wenig Straßengeräusche. Die Katze kommt zu Besuch 😉 🙁 Sie ist teilweise ganz liebevoll renoviert, benötigt aber dringend z.B. neue Teppiche! Im Bad alte Fliesen an der Wand, aber neue Dusche (?)! Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig, an den Fußleisten (Toilette), unter dem Bord im Bad und insbesondere der Balkon! Pflanzen vertrocknet!"
