Mimizan Surf & Beach House🏄🏻♂️
Very pleasant and quiet holiday house located 250 meters from "Remember beach" and a few steps from the forest. The sun, swimming, surfing, bicycles, the lake, good restaurants (take away possible) and the warm welcome from Mimizan are yours!
It is less than 5 minutes walk from bakeries, shops and the market.
On its wooded land of 600m2, the house is composed of:
- a main house of 90m2 which includes a covered veranda, a dining room , a living room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has been completely repainted & refreshed recently.
- a studio equipped for 2 people (+1 child)
- a garage with bicycles and outdoor furniture.
For your moments "green time" you will have at your disposal: deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, garden table and armchairs.
For your "beach" moments, take the children's tent, small parasols and other beach accessories that are available.

Super maison de vacances
Maison très agréable, joliment décorée dans l’esprit vacances / plage. On s’y sent très bien !
Très bien située à 5min à pied de la plage, 10 petites minutes des rues animées du centre, et à quelques pas de la forêt.
Très bien équipée et confortable.
Ornella est disponible et réactive pour répondre aux questions et faire que tout se passe bien pour le locataire.

Yassine et sa famille sont des voyageurs particulièrement sympathiques. Disponibles avant l’arrivée , ils ont laissé la maison dans un excellent état! Recommandations les yeux fermés !
