For a light and airy beach cottage feel, Crystal Sands 210B has what you need. You will on the second floor with a breathtaking view from a private balcony. Enjoy the crisp pastels and beach style, cottage style furnishings, and nicely tiled floors with area rug in the living area. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for plenty of seating. The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances. The master bedroom features a gorgeous king bed, custom tropical bedding, and off-white cottage furniture. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy patterned bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Prime location in Destin! Nice board walk to the beach. Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. This unit is little outdated and needs some maintenance.

Great condo in a great location

We love Crystal Sands. Have stayed here a few years now and we will be back. The condos are updated and the location is exactly what we want. We're 250 steps or less from the water. This condo is very tastefully decorated, unlike many I see online. Nothing gaudy or overly beachy. The furniture was comfortable. Couch wasn't the softest, but most pull-out bed couches aren't. The TV is HUGE! Kitchen stocked with about anything you'd need. Wifi wasn't good, but we found a way around it. We liked it so much that we may rent this same unit again.

Average property lacking details

Kitchen missing some essential utensils. Property wasnt as clean as expected. Food crumbs under the living room table, cleaning closet wouldn't open to get to the vacuum. Washer dryer was conveniently located. Gate to beach was broken. Food trash around the property and in the elevators. Wasnt super crowded. Enjoyed overall but room for improvements.

NO EARLY CHECK IN. NONE WHATSOEVER. NOT EVEN 30 minutes Not even as you sit in the parking lot looking at the empty and clean room you have paid for. Not a maid or cleaning vehicle in sight. I was told this unit is “excluded from early check in”. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked it at all. They do not share that in the listing. If the room is ready, sanitary and clean why are you not letting your paying guests in early? You get the code to the beach and bathroom, but no parking pass until 4:01. Meaning if you arrive early and want to enjoy the beach you run the risk of being towed because you have no pass. So finally at 4:01 our time had come to check in and….the code doesn’t work. This could have been fixed HAD THEY ALLOWED EARLY CHECK INSTEAD OF LATER AND HAD ALL OUR BELONGINGS WITH US READY TO ENTER. The outdoor furniture is so warped you cannot even put a cup on it in most places because it slides. Greasy food/butt stains on the sofa. The curtain chain on the right side are unattached from the wall. The place in general was clean, but forgot to paint half the bathroom. I have had issues with Vacasa twice now with other stays in Destin. We will avoid any future bookings where they are the booking agent/property manager.

Great for a couple or small family

This condo was perfect for a private retreat by myself. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet. I never heard the neighbors! The view was gorgeous, and the chair service was a luxury I wasn’t expecting. The only challenge was the WiFi which was weak and would cut out frequently, especially in the evenings.

Super cute and clean condo overall with beachfront view and easy beach access with free chair and umbrella service which is very nice. Wi-Fi crazy slow so you can’t stream apps on the smart tv very well. Just had one toilet on the Fritz. Vacasa was very responsive and got maintenance to come up very quickly to “fix”, but it continued to clog so we had to stop using it. If that gets fixed, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach and view. Comfortable bed. Beach was crowded but lovely and nice having access to chairs/umbrella. Guest services was highly unprofessional, lacked prompt communication, and scheduled a repair while we were staying without our consent or any proper warning. Lacked empathy. Rest of the experience was great, but guest services needs improvement.

This Unit was a Fantastic Choice

The upgraded kitchen and shower were very nice additions to my stay. The giant tv is fantastic. And I really appreciated the table and chairs on the patio to make it easier to enjoy the oceanfront view while dining.
