Great property (requires car)

Very comfortable house in off-the-beat location with amazing views. Has both a balcony and a furnished patio. It is about a 20 min. car ride from Annecy where the nearest larger stores are. Plenty of nature activities right around the house, makes this a great place for a quiet getaway.

Fabulous & Family Friendly

The relaxed, easy-going, modern family vibe of this house made it easy to settle in immediately. Great instructions for access and a beautiful welcome pack greeted us at the house. Everything we needed to cook and clean was there, and there were indoor and outdoor games to keep us entertained when we needed it. Dingy St Clair is a beautiful little village - quiet and picturesque. The town of Thones is 15min drive, and Annecy in the other direction, for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Le Grand Bornand is 30min away for a cable car & chairlift trip to the top of a mountain! The market there was on Wednesday. We loved our stay - such a beautiful area, a lovely cosy house with all amenities, and great hosts. We only wish we had booked for longer! :)

Dés le départ nous avons eu de très bons contactes avec les propriétaires. Très réactifs et précis. Le logement est spacieux, chaleureux, lumineux et très agréable. Une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons passé une séjour parfaitement ressourçant chez Roxane et Jerome. Leur maison est très confortable et spacieuse : parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût. Un atout non négligeable les jours de mauvais temps. Le village de Dingy est idéalement situé entre plusieurs lieux d’intérêt entre 20/30 minutes de voiture : une belle plage au bord du lac, Annecy, Thones, le grand bornand, … les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et du terrain de badmington, et les grands de la vue plein sud sur les montagnes en écoutant le son des cloches des vaches qui descendent les alpages le soir : pur bonheur. La communication et l’accueil s’est parfaitement déroulé. Je recommande chaudement cet endroit et ses hôtes et j’espère y retourner un jour, peut être en hiver?

La maison de Roxane est Jérôme est un vrai cocon, décorée avec goût, l’esprit du lieu est vraiment paisible et respire le bien-être. L’endroit est calme et la maison donne une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente bien dans cet espace. Belle région. Maison agréable. Météo capricieuse.

Maison neuve agréable mais odeur de bois traité qui demande un temps d'adaptation. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Météo capricieuse: nous avons eu de la pluie et du brouillard presque tous les jours, ce qui limite la découverte de cette belle région. Propriétaires agréables dans les communications à distance. TV à connecter en chromecast via application sur smartphone mais qui n'est pas opérationnelle pour les non-résidents français.

Bonjour Nicolas, Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un bon séjour chez nous. Concernant l'odeur de bois dans la maison, c'est la première fois que nous avons un retour à ce sujet ! Le bois n'est pas traité à l'intérieur, nous avons au contraire choisi que des matériaux naturels et de qualité. C'est une maison passive avec une ossature en bois et une isolation en laine de bois, donc rien de plus naturel et écologique ;-)😊 Nous notons que le système de TV est à améliorer pour les étrangers.
